Did online order. Stood in line and got to my turn, was greeted but when I said I did online order few minutes ago, I was told I would have to wait until guests behind me were served because my order wasn't supposed to be ready until 20 minutes later....And so I stood about 10 minutes before they even began our sandwhiches.... then they missed ingredients on top of it all..Still or was delicious and I'll probably go back and give then another shot at customer service.

So we usually go at night and everyone is always amazing at night time even when they’re slam packed with people and online orders. We went today at about 1:30 and the lady who made our sandwich was very rushed even though no one else was in line and she made our sandwiches wrong and got mad at us for saying the wrong sandwich name (all American club vs regular club) and I understand all about bad days at subway cause I used to work there for 2 years. Yes it’s a hard job but...
