I had stopped going to Subway for a while due to some mediocre experiences, but Brandon has completely changed that. He’s the reason I enjoy coming back again. His positive attitude and attention to detail make all the difference. Every time I visit, he goes out of his way to make sure my order is perfect, and he’s always super friendly and efficient. Brandon truly cares about the customer experience, and thanks to him, Subway is back on my list of go-to spots!

Went to subway and the onion bin was basically empty,i asked the lady if they still have it back or maybe cut some a little,seems like she dont care .My gosh i took my sandwich home and cut some onions for coz maan your sandwich won’t taste good without onions dont be so lazzzzyyyy..

Truth

The last time I went, you could clearly tell the sandwich hadn’t been heated properly. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was ice cold, so I asked if they could reheat it & was told there was nothing they could do. I decided to give them another try yesterday & the girl was on her AirPods, talking during my entire order. Had she been focused on her job, she would have heard me tell her twice “double meat”. She kept cutting me off while I tried to order. There was some sort of big metal lid blocking the window or I could have caught & corrected her. Sorry for interrupting your phone call. You’re costing subway money & customers.
