Went to subway and the onion bin was basically empty,i asked the lady if they still have it back or maybe cut some a little,seems like she dont care .My gosh i took my sandwich home and cut some onions for coz maan your sandwich won’t taste good without onions dont be so lazzzzyyyy..

Spent 15 minutes on the app to order something. It was 8:15 and it wouldn’t go through. So I’m assuming the staff shut the system off early.

Truth

The last time I went, you could clearly tell the sandwich hadn’t been heated properly. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was ice cold, so I asked if they could reheat it & was told there was nothing they could do. I decided to give them another try yesterday & the girl was on her AirPods, talking during my entire order. Had she been focused on her job, she would have heard me tell her twice “double meat”. She kept cutting me off while I tried to order. There was some sort of big metal lid blocking the window or I could have caught & corrected her. Sorry for interrupting your phone call. You’re costing subway money & customers.

I couldn’t wait to see the new menu and taste the new changes! I ordered Italian BMT and a steak and cheese! I was not happy there wasn’t a lot of meat on Ether one of the sandwiches! I ate 1/2 of my hot steat sandwich, the next day my bread was hard!

This Subway location was the worst food experience I've ever had. They had a normal amount of staff (3 people) but the efficiency was atrocious. I was in line for 16 minutes and had only gotten half way through the process before I could checkout. There were at least a dozen flies swarming the food and only one employee attempted to swat them away.

I had a value meal coupon. I asked if they accepted it, they replied " yeah" so I ordered. Then I was told I had to order a sub at full price to get the coupon price. I said well the coupon doesn't say that. The reply was "well that's the way it is, if you don't like it there's the door." I asked for a manager and was told "ain't no manager here" I replied obviously not..Was going to complain to corporate but couldn't find a store number to complete the form.
