Only white bread was available, and it was very stale. It had more crunch than the toasted bread did. Only 3 pieces of meat each on all 3 footlongs. We won't be going back to that location. I almost ate half and threw the other half away.

I just attempted to patron this Subway location at 845pm. Online read the closing hours to be 10pm. The physical paper sign on the location's door read temporary hours, but also showed the stores closing time as 10pm tonight. There were no cars in the parking lot. I walked in the front door and the employee stated "sorry were closed". I replied " that's weird, sign on the door says you are open". The employee asked me what the sign read and I replied that it showed 10pm. His tune changed, and he goes " I got you". I responded with "I don't want to bother you". He cussed me as I walked out. This is sad for so many reasons. It had been over a year since the last time I tried this location, because I had recieved such horrible service previously. It's not a shock why no one eats there. Sad, that I should feel bad for trying to be a paying customer. To run off a customer just because you don't feel like doing your job. How many people experienced this tonight before me I wonder. Subway, you are lucky there aren't many options on this side of town, or that location would have died its much deserved death long ago. I hope for the sake of your company that young fella wasn't in management. Now for my Tom Thumb lunch. Yay! Healthy... it's that or McDonald's. Smh. If I could give zero stars, I totally would.

I am so disappointed in this location! As someone who frequencies subway and has always supported this location in particular, I'm saddened and disappointed to hear a new hire was fired because he was honest with his customer about his training! Not because someone complained about his service, because he was giving an excellent review, but because it made the store "look bad". Maybe if you spent the time and little extra money on training your employees instead of leaving them to fend for themselves on thier SECOND DAY you wouldn't have to worry about what they say about thier training making your establishment look bad! Shame on you for this! I've worked in customer service my entire career. We put up with terrible customers everyday all day and then we deal with poor management and corporation that cares more about a dollar then the well being of thier own employees the same employees who carry thier business on thier backs, who fund your bank accounts and lively hood! So I say agin shame on you and I'll never be back!

I ordered 2 oatmeal raisin cookies a footlong cookie, churro, and pretzel the total was 12.45 and I tipped 4 dollars when I got to the store to pick it up I was already charged in full and was informed that they didn’t have any of the footlong cookies, pretzels, or churros and that I needed to go through the app to get a refund but not instructed how to do so when I called the next morning the person who answered told me to come up and it would be made since they had them in stock now when I went up to the store later that day I was told by the 2 workers i would have to come up tomorrow at 2:30 and speak with a manager about it when I tried to pick up the the items I had not received even though I had the paper copy and online copy of the receipt in hand and when I asked if they couldn’t just call their manager to get whatever approval to make the food they needed since I had already paid and it was very inconvenient to have to return to the store for a 3rd time when I shouldn’t have been charged for the items in the first place if they never had them in the store they told me “they would not be able to do anything” and pointed at the computer at that point frustrated I left the store I am highly dissatisfied with the service at this point and do not wish to return to the store I would like a full refund of the entire total including the 4 dollar tip I made for 2 oatmeal raisin cookies that had already been made and sitting out for who knows how long

I must say, it was an absolute delight! The flavors and freshness of the ingredients truly made the sandwich stand out. Subway is always a go-to for a quick and tasty meal, but Jacob's exceptional customer service and his recommendation of the Supreme Meat Footlong truly made this visit memorable. I highly recommend both the sandwich and the excellent service at this Subway location. Great job, Jacob!

Stop hiring children who don't know how to behave. I came in for my birthday on Sept 6th and was insulted/fat-shamed for all the veggies on my sandwich by the guy and heavily eye-lined girl on duty. They were mocking, rude, and made jokes at my expense. I went home crying ON MY BIRTHDAY, and you bet your sweet bahtoot I will NEVER go to any Subway ever again.

I went there today for lunch and the young man appeared to be mad or something. He would not talk to me and he kept mean mugging me and I ask him if he was ok and he kept ignoring me so I turned and ask for the manager or owner and she said she couldn’t give that out. He threatened me and I called deputies but she lied and said I instigated it. I was nothing but nice until he threatened me. Not safe

I went here today for lunch. The young man working wouldn't say anything and looked in a bad mood. He continued and so I ask if something was wrong bc he kept giving me a dirty look. He ignored me so I turned and ask the manager for a the owners number. Short story he threatens to hurt me and then manager lied and said I instigated it too the deputy. Unsafe.

Just left this place and I was so mad! The young girl making our sandwiches for my husband and i is so nasty! I let her know what we wanted and let her know we had a coupon. The gentleman working on the cash register was having issues ( I think he was new) so I look over and she is counting a bunch of money from the till also touching the buttons on it and precides over to make our subs. I say to her you need to change your gloves you was touching on the money. She looks at me like I said something wrong to her. Then says oh ok! I think this establishment needs more training on cleanliness. I think she thought it was fine to just use those gloves on our food!!!! Also they tried to over charge us for something we didn't have.

Fresh clean.. standard issue.. about the only thing that Subway can really screw up is not having good bread or stale bread. and occasionally that's the case in fact probably more often than not but if you find one that has good bread everything else is usually pretty solid
