If I could do zero stars I would. Don't try to use a coupon here because the owner is a penny pincher and wont accept it. I've been going to this subway for almost 3 years and they have never had a problem before. The guy said they were trying to put signs up saying no coupons but there were none. Will not be returning and I'll be letting all my friends/ family know not to come here. Very disappointed. This franchise should be closed down

I've been using this franchisees locations since he started them in the early 1990's and have been a faithful and loyal, community customer, for all these years.....however with my my last visit to the Sorrento Road/Winn Dixie location, I was disgusted to find that the owner had placed a sign on the door, stating that "national coupons were no longer honored at this location" with the national coupon mail flyer, posted next to it, with black magic marker hatch marks, across each coupon !! What a dissapointment my local community Subways are, along with the franchisee owner, with his cheap and penny pinching policy, to refuse to honor the coupons which corporate Subway is offering !! I won't be frequenting any of this franchisees Subways, nor any other Subways that won't accept corporate coupons, and I'll be telling all my family and friends to do the same !!

Had a coupon mailed to me and was told they wouldn't accept them. So sad ownership loves money to much to accept subway coupons, but at least he doesn't mind telling you to go to blue angle instead.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Employee did not allow my 17 year old son to even pick his toppings. I ordered a veggie and received smart Alec remarks about how many toppings I wanted. Will not be back!!!

I recently visited this location to find an employee cleaning the glass covering the food. I witnessed her spraying cleaning chemicals directly on to the glass and watched the chemical overspray land on the exposed sandwich ingredients. I was mid order when this happened and told them to cancel my sandwich and left.

This is the best subway in Pensacola. The food always tastes better than other locations and the store is very clean. Staff is always friendly and I’ve been coming here for years. Highly recommend

My granddaughter and I stopped here to grab a quick bite. We like their subs, normally. It was not really busy but they seemed to be in too much of a hurry. Sandwichs were just thrown together and not to the standards of other subways we have used. Hope they slow down and take the time to make the quality subs we usually get. My 14 year old grand was very disappointed in this site's service and I had to agree. We will stick to the Subway in Lillian when she visits me from Mississippi. Servers slow down. Make eye contact and put product on bread like you care.
