So this Subway is the closest one to my house so it's the one that I always went to. I love the people who work here. The food's always great. However, I was informed that the location is no longer accepting coupons. The price for living is already outrageous. So, unfortunately, I will no longer be using this location.

I don't understand why for the last 2 times I came here that I cannot have my sandwich made the way I want it. Either I need to find a new sandwich shop or the girl needs to be retrained. All I wanted was a subway club with no ham and I was told she couldn't make it that way. I was stunned because that's how I have had it for years.

The women who works in this place everyday is outstanding. Her customer service skills are incredible. I go there because she keeps a clean store and always says hello when anyone walks in the door and her personality is just beautiful. I come to this store even though others are around just because of her. Not sure of her name but I will find out today, since I’m going back.

Ordered 5 footlongs. All of them were delicious. 2 ladies working were awesome. Very friendly and polite. I will definitely buy my subs at this subway.

Over the past 5 times I have ordered or gone to this location, I have received something wrong with my order. Number one thing; put the extra cheese that I ordered on my sandwhich, and stop charging me for it when you don’t. I constantly receive items that are wrong, missing multiple things off of my wraps/sandwiches, or just missing. I have given many chances, but when it is EVERY time you order from them, it’s clear that quality control is just not there.Might I add, the last time I went into the store there were two employees. One of them had an airpod in and continued asking me to repeat myself after every time I would say something. It was annoying but I can’t help but think it’s because he was listening to music as to why he couldn’t hear me. The other one was just snickering and acting catty the whole time. When I checked out, she giggled loudly and when asked by her coworker what it was, she responded “I’ll tell you later”. Just not a pleasant experience.

Blissful Manifestations

I ordered my food on the app so I could " skip the line" and meanwhile while I got a message on the app saying my food was ready, I went in to pick it up and told I would have to wait. I waited for the customer ahead of me to finish even though I was in the express pickup line. Then another man walked in and ordered . When I asked why my order wasn't done, the lady working said that in-store customer orders come first, and that she was the only one working. So I won't order from this location again because the order said it was ready by 4:10 pm and it's now 4:32 and I still don't have my food...I finally got my food at 4:45pm. And to top it off, not all of the sandwiches were cut as requested despite it being on the original order.

I got me and my wife a sandwich for dinner and realized about halfway through mine that he forgot to put the meat on the sub.He was the only one working that evening. Someone called out. So instead off making a big deal of it...I put some lunch meat we had in the fridge. Problem solved. Not a big deal.. Give your restaurant workers a break!! Or put in an application!
