Terrible service and the gentleman working had his children up there running around barefoot even walking in behind the corner. It was so not clean.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!The street address for this subway is 3502 Barrancus .this Subway is the worse Subway they have in town. DO NOT COME HERE. the service is horrible the guy was on the phone the whole time while making our sabdwhiches. . The bread was very hard thr sandwhich was not good at all. The worker was the only one there. He had to call his manager to give me a refund for my sandwhich I ate barley half of it iam a diabetic and had to get something in my system before I got sick.it was the worse sandwhich ever. Please don't go here. The food is not quality like most subways. CORPORATE NEEDS TO VISIT THIS SUBWAY AND CLOSEIT DOWN , HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MAKES NOT WANT TO GO ANY SUBWAY AGAIN.!!! THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE OVER THE PHONE AND THE WORKER WAS WORSE. WE WENT ON April 10 2025 at 5:15 PM..Horrible just Horrible!!! It needs to be closed !!!

They seemed really slow! Didn't know how to make my sandwich, didn't ask me if I wanted my bread toasted or not. So they toasted it and I don't like hard bread.
Overall the sandwich was good. But service sucked they need more training.

3:50PM So. Let me start off by saying. It's the lady working the store today that deserves a 1-star review. The guy that runs the place; 5-Star service every single time. 10/10. However. The lady that was working today was on the phone... And I get it. You're there all day, the store is clean. The make line looks fresh and kept up. Fantastic. I shouldn't have to stare at you while you have this personal conversation on your cell phone. Granted, she tried to say, 'I need to call you back'. Then, continues to have this conversation while I wait for her to finish. She's giving answers and asking questions. I don't complain, I don't get aggressive, I just wait. She never apologized, she never made any effort to show that she cared about holding me up. So, I make my order, I get my food. I don't tip. I leave. As soon as I talk to the manager, I'll change this review to a 5-Star. Because that's what this store and He deserves. I mean, he gets bored too, I come in later in the evenings, he's on his phone, doing whatever, yunno, I GET IT. But the moment I walk in, it's about the customer. Exactly how it should be. If I drive by and see that white RAV4, I'm gonna keep driving. No need to get that kinda service again. Shout out to the manager, you're awesome. Can't wait to get another sub from you! 10/10.

Just watched the guy making the sandwiches handle money and not change his gloves to make the next sandwich. Also he was wiping the residue from the knife on the bread after cutting it. Literally so disgusting.. I walked out and will not be returning to this location.

They don’t take coupons . When asked why not , cashier says it’s the owner’s preference. When the only reason I came to this establishment was because I had a coupon . Very inconvenient , especially for the ones who live close by . I could’ve and should’ve went somewhere else but because I work customer service myself I understand that it would’ve been rude to just walk out . Also there was no customer service . And utilities was were dirty as if they had been using the same ones all day . . Terrible and very disappointing

I attempted to place an order on 08/09 at 8:30 and as I’m walking in the male automatically states that they are closed. The door says 9pm online says 9pm and he is already cleaned up the stations and not taking orders. I asked him again that it states it’s open and he claimed they are closed. I went to another Subway and they were more than happy to take my order. I won’t be doing business with this one attempting to close 30 min early with no explanation

I ordered online to be picked up at 5 pm on Barrancas Pensacola Florida at the Subway. I ordered 2 half subs and a tuna salad. When I got there to pick up, no one was in the front. A man leaned from the back said take it and go. No hello, no interaction. I took my bag home and when I opened my salad, I saw that what I ordered was not what I got. I asked for less onions and less green peppers. What I got was extra of both and to top it off, NO LETTUCE!! The first picture is what I took out of my salad (ha ha) and the second and third picture show what I ordered. I normally wouldn't complain but this has happened for the last 3 times I ordered from there. The people that are working there now (owners?) are unpleasant and unfriendly. The woman who worked there 3 months ago was an awesome addition to the Subway family and cared about her customers. Please check into this. I will not return to this Subway again but I will still order from you.
