Showed up almost an hour before close. No italian herb and cheese bread. Waste of a trip and a bad impression. Everything was packed up like they were closed behind the counter. Not coming back.

The employees were great and made my sandwich very quickly. we had a pretty bad morning and the workers were very kind to us and turned our bad morning into a good one. The food was fantastic and I will definitely be going back.

My experience was laughable at best.
I did an online order 30 mins prior to taking my lunch (thinking ya know, it'd give plenty of time to have it ready when I got there). However, upon arriving, I found that my food hadn't been made. The employee(s) were rude, and stated that they never received my order. Even when attempting to show them that it had been ordered, I was met with "well, that's not my problem". They refused to make the sandwich, and they refused a refund. When I asked for the GM's #, or a regional manager's number, I was straight up told no I wasn't getting that information.

I will be sending something to corporate as well. Even if this is just a franchise, you're making the company look like a bad joke.

Don't bother customizing your sandwich if you order online. 3 separate times I've ordered with customized ingredients and I got the base version of the sandwich. If you just want a prebuild sandwich it's not the worst

This subway is great, the location is always very busy during lunch but the staff they have is always fast! They are super friendly and they seem to actually enjoy being there! The food is like most other subways but at most of the other ones I find myself having to ask them to put more toppings again and again but at this location they know how to perfect a sandwich like none other!

The food quality was subpar - the bread was stale, the meatball sub tasted off, and the sauce appeared dark and acidic, hinting at being left out for too long. The outdated store ambiance further detracted from the experience, and to make matters worse, they didn't even carry the latest menu items. Regrettably, this visit fell far below the expected franchise standards. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location.

Ok I usually love Subway but since none of their stores in Pensacola or Milton will answer the phone, maybe I can get a response on here.So I got a Subway pizza, which is probably the easiest thing they have to make. Sprinkle some cheese on, pop it in the oven, voila. I originally was in the drive through but came inside because she wasn’t understanding my question when I asked what kettle cooked chips do they have? Lol. Anyways, I checked out and left a tip. When I go to eat my food I see that instead of topping my pizza with mozzarella they used cheddar Jack and colby shredded cheese. Ummm guys? I thought this was common knowledge but maybe not in todays age. There was one other than me in the store.Like I said, I called 4 stores and no one answered so, thought whoever manages should know their employees don’t know what cheese goes on pizza.

It is really frustrating when you try to patronize a business that you like & they don't follow their hours of operation. They see you pull up well within time to be served & they turn off the lights as to say we don't want your business but, tell you we are closed after you walk in. It makes you not want to return the next time you are hungry. This is not a 1 time thing, being that you hope it wouldn't happen over & over again. Is this how a customer should be treated? Are the hours posted flexible? I hope the owner takes note of this. You might have lost a regular customer, if that matters to you. Nobody wants to frequent where they aren't appreciated. This incident happened 2/8/24 right before 9p.m. Also, this employee seemed have a problem preparing my sandwiches the previous time I was there.
