What a bizarre time I had in this Subway. I get my standard 6 inch meatball sub I want pepper jack cheese. The guy putting the cheese on and I didn't see any Peppers, I'm thinking he's putting the wrong cheese on my sandwich so I questioned it and the lady said yes it is the correct cheese it only has one or two peppers in the cheese I can't do anything about that, I don't make the cheese I just have to pay an outrageous price for the cheese. I'm thinking to myself this is your operating expenses and if it's subpar cheese you need to deal with your distributors but okay I go on. She asked about what else I want. I want jalapenos and pickles. After I said the word pickles she said caring is sharing and she put two pickles on my sandwich. I asked for more pickles and she said caring is sharing. This liked freaked me out, I said what? And she repeated herself again caring is sharing? I told her I understood the words I don't understand why you are saying this. And she said that this is all the pickles she has and caring is sharing. I said I'm the customer you have pickles there, I would like more pickles she said I can only give you one more pickle. I'm thinking to myself caring is making sure that your order is in on time and if you don't receive it on your truck you go down to Walmart and you buy it because if you cared about your customers you would have the ingredients that they want to put on their sandwich. So what she was saying is that I was a uncaring person because I wanted what I wanted on my sandwich this is a whole Next Level to virtue signaling or in my case the lack thereof. So if you don't want to be ashamed if they're running low on a product that you desire, don't come to this Subway!

black man with the low cut needs a raise! he’s always very respectful and very attentive but he also need extra training on the toast machine . everytime i go during his shift he has to remake my sandwich because it burns or the bacon is burnt. he truly is the best worker at this location everyone else is rude and gives you what they want you to have, refuses to remake your food if they make it wrong! keep him, but help him out!

Tried the rotisserie chicken pizza from Tik Tok and let’s just say it was worth the hype. The employee informed me she made them all the time and it was definitely good.

Turnt SNACO

Ordered Double Meat AND Deluxe on Uber Eats, and this is what I got. I get double meat a few times a week from another store and it's always an inch thick of straight meat. There's no way this is any more than 50% extra (Deluxe) if even that. I reported to Uber Eats....their reponse? The portions of food are determined by the vendor. So be warned if you're thinking about paying for extra anything - this is what this store has decided 250% meat looks like. Also, easily the most pathetic excuse of Italian "herbs" and "cheese" bread I've ever seen. 4 individual shreds of cheese, and you need a magnifying glass to find the herbs. What this store loses in customer satisfaction they clearly make up for in saved cost on products. I guess that's one way to run your business.

If I could leave a zero as a review, I would. This location is not worthy of a 1 or higher. This location used to be my go-to location, but the last few times, they have not been giving service or good quality of food. Today, I ordered through the app, like I always do. The app said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, and it had a specific time as well. When my husband and I pull up to the drive-through( a minute after it said my order would be ready), an employee comes across the speaker and says one moment, please. I responded, "No problem, ok. We then waited 20 minutes at the speaker before I was like hello, hello but no one answered. I then went to pull to the window, but another car was there. There was no one in the car, and the car was off. I'm assuming they used the car to block the drive thru, for whatever reason. So, I back out and pull to the front so, my husband could just run inside and grab our order. Which now is 40 minutes past the time I was given that it would be ready. While my husband is inside, he texts me and tells me they haven't even made our order yet. He waits for them to get it together, then as he's coming to the car, the employee is trying to catch him because she gave us someone else's food. My husband, not knowing or thinking he just turned around and handed her the food back. After he was already in the car with it. I was trying to let the employee know that she can't just take food back like that and hand it to someone else. It is unhealthy and should be against protocol because it left the restaurant. It should have been disposed of, and another ordered made. The employee didn't seem to care about anything that was being said. Now this was the experience at the location.Now, finally at home, get my sandwiches out and the bread is not with the correct sandwich. I ordered turkey on white and Italian bmt on Italian herbs and cheese. What i got was Italian bmt on molded, hard white bread and a turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. I then now start to examine the sandwiches closer because I'm a bit p***** because of the experience I'm already having, when I noticed that one half of my sandwich does not have meat on it. It only has caked on mayonnaise and mustard, with cucumber, pickle and lettuce. So I'm thinking maybe the meat is just doubled up on the other half but nope. There was only a few slices of meat and it was hard, like it was dried out or sitting out all day. At this point I just threw the whole order away because I was livid. Not only did I lose out of my money, I could have gotten very sick from the disgusting food quality. This location should be ashamed of themselves for such horrible service and the way they serve their food. They need to be sent to a location that can retrain them on the proper way to work in the food service industry. Bad food like I was served could cause someone to be severely sick or even worse. Please Subway corporation look into this location and the employees working there.

They waited till food was made and wrang up to tell me they didn't take coupons .With prices of food, I would have gone to a different store if I had known . I ended up paying $ 33.38 for 2 footlongs and a pizza. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Asked for a footlong they gave me 2 halves so they could use up the bread. They were both the short halves so didn’t equal up to a footlong. Then this dude put my bread in the toaster nothing on it! After I said something the guy separately tossed my meat which equaled to 3 pieces of bacon. The entire time he was talking to his coworker nonstop and wouldn’t pay any attention to me or my order.

I was very disappointed in one of the local Subways here on Chiefs Way. So much do that I will not be back. First, while getting out the coupon that was I got in the mail, the sandwich maker rudely said, we don’t take coupons! I asked politely, since when? She replied, again rudely? It’s been months! They lost my business. Btw, the Subway at the Navy Exchange on Hwy 98 will happily accept coupons. And it’s located outside of the Exchange so you dummy need to be military or have a military ID to patronize the business.
