If I could give this terrible place zero stars I would. Drive thru had no customers ahead of me after already waiting in the line for close to thirty minutes. Then the attendant asked me to wait. So I waited. For another 15 minutes while they didn't take orders and just wasted everyone's time. This place needs better employees

The lady there was rude to me and the wife because we tried doing split payment but lady said we couldn't do it so we only got one thing then decides to go to mcdonalds instead and they took care of us

Something needs to be done about this taco bell .worst in pensacola. Close it down or get new manager. Slow fast food nasty food not clean bad management etc... Close it down

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the US. It doesn’t matter if there’s 15 cars in the drive-thru or none, you’re guaranteed at 15-30 minute wait. The food is generally thrown together and nothing is filled up. When you’re paying this much for a taco you’d think they’d fill it more than halfway.

Also, beyond personal experience you don’t have to be a delivery driver coming here. You’re 30 minutes on your wait time and that $8 order turns into 45-60 minutes with delivery. Not trying to work for $8 an hour. These employees couldn’t care less that drivers are on a time limit.

Absolutely don’t recommend this location unless you’re desperate.

This Taco Bell was understaffed. There was food all over the floor. There was one hard-working guy making food for the Dibe-in customers as well as the window.

Literally waited over 30 minutes for 5 items. The girl ignored me gave everyone who came in after me their orders and I just stood there as she gave me shitty glares. 10/10 would not recommend it. They literally suck here.

Last 6 times I’ve been here the foods been terrible. I hadn’t been in over a month and wanted to see if it was better, maybe they got new employees…not. It was worse. I always get a burrito supreme with no beef. For some reason they put everything in one place and don’t spread it out on top of each other so you’ll get all the onions on one bite and so on. Today I had maybe a spoonful of beans on it and had to tear half the tortilla to get to it. Idk what’s going on with this Taco Bell. The photo you can see how much beans were on it and how the onions were all together and barely a bit of sour cream on the main bottom and how much I had to tear off to get to the beans.

The waiting time for food is excessive, they should have at least 4 people at peak times. You have to wait up to 30 minutes for a food order.

The manager here is amazing. I deliver a lot for them through DD and I have seen her work wonders on bad customers with nasty attitudes. She needs a raise.
