Literally the most inconsistent location. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a number 1. I opened my food within 2 minutes of getting it. My tacos were soggy at the bottom and the shells were completely smashed at the top. It was a mess. The quesadilla barely had any cheese in it but boy did it have a HEAP of sauce right in the middle (no cheese there). Just lazy employees. Food costs too dang much to be playing like that.

Went through the drive-through at 10 pm (they close at 2am) and received our food extremely quick except half of it was uncooked, we were missing several items, and most of our tacos did not have any chicken or cheese inside. Also our chips and nacho cheese weren’t even in the packaging but scattered around the bottom of the bag.
It's sad that you can stand at counter for 10 minutes and not one person said hi or could they help me what a joke will not ever eat at another taco bell

Taco Bell went straight from providing a fair value to scamming customers out of their money by intentionally shorting the amount of protein on the products. The more you spend, the less you get. I'm done with Taco Bell.

We just picked up our online order at Dec 23 2024 at around 9:27pm and when we had received our order they place our mexican pizza on the bottom with the burritos on top of them, which squished them. They made our burritos tiny and gave us more rice then meat, gave us a bunch of sauces that we didnt order, cold fries, and seems like they are rushing even when taco bell closes at 1 am. We had to go back so they can correct our burrito.(The first pic of the burrito show what it supposed to be when they do it correctly)

I went through the drive through and ordered the combo meal of a burrito supreme and taco supreme. I asked for the taco to be a soft taco and for no tomatoes. What I received was a burrito supreme and a soft taco (not supreme). Additionally, the lettuce on both looked like it was wilted and bad.
The person on the drive through window was very nice.
