Been here many times. Was here again this afternoon, large Mountain Dew Zero. It was watery like last time (2wks ago). I thought the previous reason was that it was running out. Yet, today it's still the same. Maybe get your machine checked.

Pathetic. Instead of telling me they did not have crispy chicken cantina tacos, they simply put cheese on the outer shell of a crispy taco. Hardly any meat. Also paid extra for 2 additional packets of avocado verde sauce (meal comes with 2) and they forgot completely. I asked for two at the window before pulling away and they gave me those two but not the two extra. Absolutely not worth $15. Zero stars if I could.

As the person handing the order to the customer, make sure the WHOLE order is in the bag before you hand it off to the customer. It's pretty sad that the employees at this location always for get to put one of the items in the bag. To top it off we went and got food when it was slow! Don't go to this location if you can help it.

Nobody answered the phone after they just sold me 2 spicy potato soft tacos with potatoes that you can't smash with a hammer. So how am I supposed to do it with my teeth. I want compensation for order #343. Sold on 09/11/2025
They don't get any stars the food was nasty cold tasted like it was an old order that was reheated very rubbery hard and the sides were burnt and if I could post a pic I would but it wouldn't let me I will never eat there again

This is the worst place I've been since last time I was here. You stand at the counter and wait while they look at you standing there and ignore you. The wait time to get your food is absolutely ridiculous and it's cold 90% of the time. They are rude and act like your bothering them but God forbid you say something to them then your the rude one. This place is a joke.

I go thru the drive thru ALL the time. every single time i ask for extra mild sauce cause i like my tacos to be wet with the sauce. I always get an attitude for asking for extra sauces and an eye roll. I went today to get something for my boyfriend & i and i got my order taken and paid and when my food was handed to me this lady legitimately put my order in my face and said “here u go” i had to take a second to think bout what just happened.
everytime i go thru the drive thru this lady is working the window and it is not a pleasant experience at all. rude. acts like she is annoyed on basic requests. acts like u did something to piss her off. sorry, but i will be going to a different taco bell from now on. I dont understand people who work service and want to be rude to people.
