Drive thru is fine, don't ever usually have a problem with drive thru, but I walk in to ask about a job application, never worked at fast food before, I was polite I waited till the front desk lady was done with everyone in the dine in area, I asked if they were still hiring, due to the now hiring sign that was out front, the lady at the front even assumed they were still hiring, she asked the lady in the back if they were still hiring the lady didn't even come talk to me she peaked her head around the corner looked at me and told the lady to tell me that their not hiring never even asked about any of my credentials to see if I had work experience or nothing very rude. Clearly do not go to this taco bell for any jobs, Your better off asking literally anywhere else the rudest place I've been to even attempt to ask for a job.

They seriously need to clean the grill at this restaurant. There was a huge black chunk of burnt something next to my grilled burrito. Gross! Same thing happened with a quesadilla I bought from the one off Navy Blvd. Clean your equipment!!!

Didn't tell me they were out of my drink until after my order had been completed and told me I would have to wait about 20-25 mins to get a refund,,,, I have had problems with this location giving me a variety of ingredients on the tacos I have ordered... I will never again stop by this place...... their staffing needs to be addressed immediately

Piss poor employees and management, my order sat there long to get cold and soggy and they never updated the app to let me know my order was I found out after I drove up there and my order was sitting there and the app still said they're making it, they also decided that extra beef on my tacos was to complicated of an order for them to process, this is not the first time they've messed my order up but it will be the last because I'll go to a different location from now on.

Management - check security footage around 9:40 pm 12/23/24. You'll see your employee David incredibly confrontational when I asked for a cup that I purchased. The dude doesn't belong in customer service or at a taco bell.
