Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, food was perfect and tasted great and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and respectful, man who brought the food out had a smile on his face! I live south side Pensacola and drive the extra miles to go here!

I've gone to this Taco Bell, ever since I was a child and I won't lie, I was a little disappointed at how much they've changed the interior of the place. I remember it being so colorful and the atmosphere being warm and joyful. Now it's just bland and boring. Thankfully, the food is still good, and even though the atmosphere is different, we still enjoy sitting in and eating.

Fraudulently charged my card for over $30 then refused to give us our food. Customer service by the “manager” was beyond appalling. Save your time, energy, and sanity and go literally anywhere else than this location!

I love Taco Bell . Are they authentic Mexican food? No. But their food is delicious. Even my Vietnamese wife likes it, and that says a lot. Their service is not the best or fastest, but not the worst either (That honor belongs to McDonald's, hands down).
I’ve had bad experiences here before but I had a pleasant experience here going through the drive thru tonight with Joshua D. at the register. Our food came out fast too and remember it always taking a long time before.

The general manager over this Taco Bell needs to be fired immediately!! The lady is so rude she cussed out my husband and took his money and never gave him any food when he ask for a refund she told him that it will be back on his cash app card! Never got it !!! He asked for a receipt! She then once again said no! After he got off of work the next day he went back up there to get his money back on his card and the lady is still rude taco needs to investigate her! How do you take somebody money and not give them the food! O he was two dollars short of an order of 35 dollars ! Give us our money back ! After this we will never eat there again and I’m going to keep pushing until something is done about that gm
