Not at all enough meat.. I love taco bell so much, that I jist can't stop going. But I mean you really have to ask for Xra meat on the cheaper food items on the menu. This was literally all the meat that got from a quesadilla.... yup!

After waiting in the drive through over 30 minutes when I got to the window she informs me she's out of the item I ordered. I tried to order something else and she said I would have to get back in the line again. If I was trying to add something I forgot etc I'd understand that, but bc you allowed me to order an item you're out of that I've waited 30 minutes for- you can't be serious! Terrible customer service and service recovery from not having the menu item available! There should be a zero stars option!

11-16-25 at 1900: I did a mobile order and when I got to the store at 1921 my order still wasn’t done. I even ask was the bag at the counter mine. Everyone look at me and went back doing what they was doing. The black girl stated after 5min of standing there that my order was next. I’m not mad at the fact that my order wasn’t done I was more upset at the fact that they look at me and kept doing what they was doing. So of course I had an attitude back. Y’all either need more help or staff with better attitude because there were some people that was waiting for their meal and it was 20minutes behind. The store wasn’t even busy it was like 3 people on the inside

i have literally never written a bad review (iirc) but my experience at this specific taco bell has been ridiculous, id rather drive 30 minutes for the taco bell further south (forgot which onešŸ’€) because even if pleasantry isn't expected of taco bell employees(i dont even mind get ur bag!!) they get my food out right (which i seem to have an issue with everytime i come to this location).. they made me feel absolutely horrible for a simple mistake that couldve been prevented (which shouldnt be my responsibility?? i paid and yall should know dang well by now customers are idiots and to double check everything!!) also my food was missing sauce :(

Very low quality compared to my expectations. Tacos were cold, chili in chili cheese burrito didn't taste like paste experiences. Tasted very old. I threw the burritos out.

This used to be my favorite location in the area. The night crew has gotten my orders wrong every time I’ve gone here recently. After leaving drive thru today, I’m not really sure I’m coming back to this one. The entire experience was very uncomfortable. The girl working drive thru really seemed to be high on something, and I hate to make an assumption like that, but her behavior was very erratic and strange. For both the car in front of us and our order, she was being very loud and making weird noises over the loud speaker. She would interrupt us in the middle of ordering and then start yelling things like ā€œOh my godddd cinnatwists!!! yay!!!ā€ which was kinda funny at first until it started getting TOO weird and interfering with our availability to order.
We kept having to say multiple times we didn’t want lettuce or tomato on my meal, but she kept interrupting us to ask for the drink and didn’t hear us until the 5th time. When we got to the window she told us she was ā€œtrying not to mumbleā€ but she was slurring her words pretty bad. We got our food pretty quickly and I was so uncomfortable by this point I didn’t even check my food I told my boyfriend to drive home. I looked at the receipt on the way home and saw that it said no lettuce and didn’t include no tomato, so that lowered my expectations. Which were already incredibly low.
One of my items was actually right, but the item that shouldn’t have lettuce and tomato was wrong (as expected). I gave it to my boyfriend to eat and he literally couldn’t even stomach to eat it because apparently it tasted horrible and off compared to all our other food items. Strangest taco bell run of my life!

Make sure you check your order before you drive away because they're liable to miss something. Especially if they're busy. I know it's my fault for not checking but it's their job and I expected that they could do it right

I’ve been to this location serval times and never had an issue, however whoever was working the window tonight gave us the wrong order twice, the second time I didn’t think to double check since the first one was wrong then had to wait 15 minutes for my drink , she gave us no straws or sauces. After asking for these she handed us a huge handful of random ones and 3 straws. She appeared to be high on something. We tried to go back in to get the right food but they locked the doors and the line was wrapped around the building.
