I showed up at 6:37 PM and placed an order at the kiosk. I waited for 15 minutes. Two other customers came in and placed their orders and received them while I stood there. None of the employees even acknowledged my presence. Finally one of them asked if I was waiting And I told him that I was, I also told him my name. I waited an additional five minutes And still hadn’t received my order. I Kept asking at this point and was being ignored until finally I said “hello.”The young man rolled his eyes at me as if I was bothering him. It wasn’t until I asked for the store number that all of a sudden they found my order. At that point I no longer wanted the food. Absolutely ridiculous and pointless to be that rude. I just wanted dinner after working a straight 24hr shift.

Cici is an amazing employee there, she has handled several of my online pick up orders. My family and I order in advance and then its ready for us when we get there. But she goes above and beyond to make our family feel so welcomed. My boys get excited to see her and we make it a point to order from this store after our soccer practice and games. Thank you CiCi, I hope your boss sees what a difference you make at your store!

They missed something in my last order and they didn't seem to care. This time they completely missed my order through the app and I stood around waiting for 10 extra minutes before they realized it...preg wife and angry 2 yr old in tow. Blamed the service on lack of employees. Could be worse, but had been better. We'll see what happens next time.

Walked in, not greeted, not served, just completely ignored. After waiting 5 minutes, I finally asked if anybody was working the front counter, and the boy that answered just told me he was clocking out. This Taco Bell is the worst for service. Doors locked at noon, no one ever working the front counter. The drive thru was not even that busy. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced!

That man Duane is a dog in there!!! Best Taco Bell ever like seriously I don’t even wanna come unless he’s working. All good vibes and positive energy made it exactly how I ordered even though I was being difficult he did it with a smile. Promote that man to manager because he knows how to deal with people. Rarely tremendous people skills. Props and thanks again Duane !!!

I should have checked our order before leaving the drive-thru. Nothing in the bag was ours. Our order was at least bagged and ready to go when we returned. I don't know if it is only this location or all locations that do not season their meat. It was extremely bland and not enjoyable. Mexican/ Latin food, in my opinion, should never be bland.

This place was outstanding. Me and my grandmother got our food almost instantly, and had absolutely zero hassle at any point (besides my own ineptitude with the lids). I don't live too close to Pensacola, but it's pretty telling that I'd consider coming all the way over here again.I think my grandmother was a little dissatisfied with the fact that the 7-layer burrito wasn't on the menu anymore, and she told me the alternative a worker suggested wasn't that similar. Oh well
