food was as expected service was fine. the order process at this location is less then to be desired. A robot A/I system takes your order and doesn't always hear you and asks 17 diffrent questions about donation and is this what you said. Big pain in the butt

Orders are never ready by the time the app states they are suppose to be ready. When you go thru drive thru formality tell you two or three times to circle back around in 5 mins and by the time you do that they have 6 cars in line ahead of you.

Made me drive thru the drive thru 3x to get my food.i was told that the hot sauce was in the bag and it wasn't.the burritos were stuck to the wrappers and cold and when I got home I was missing my biggest item.i ended up getting sick after I ate the food.i will never go to that location again and may never eat Taco Bell at all for to that matter.i wouldn't even take free food from this place honestly.most likely the most horrible take out experience I've ever had.

I frequently go to different Taco Bell restaurants and I was using my DoorDash account to pickup the order tonight for myself. They made me drive through 3 times and kept saying it wasn't ready. Then I am guessing he was a manager that came and asked " are you Doordashing" I said no this is my order on my account. He again made me drive around through the drive-thru. After getting to the window again I was handed a bag of food. I proceeded to ask for hot sauce she then told me it was already in the bag. I asked for extra because I assumed there's not enough in there and upon opening the bag there was no sauce in it and only one napkin for $24 worth of food. I just think they're very impatient and unprofessional with anyone who is using DoorDash even if it's their account. So very bad service in my opinion and I will definitely use a different Taco Bell in the future. The food didn't look very good either as pictured below. The steak Mexmelts were stuck to the paper and cold. ***UPDATE*** I ALSO DID NOT RECEIVE MY NACHOS BELL GRANDE!! Seriously, you need to check your orders and provide better service!

Me and my friend came into the drive through , when ordering we had to repeat ourselves multiple times to finally get it right , when getting to the window the girl had a nasty attitude and then forgot our drink , when asking for it she rolled her eyes and gave us a half full cup , at this point we left but i’ve never had such bad service at this taco bell.

Pretty sad when I ordered 5 tacos and a crunch wrap supreme and by the time I got home 8 minutes away everything was cold, $30 worth of cold tacos I guess that what happens when you raise the minimum wage, business serve less for more
Definitely has gone down hill. Food was not worth the money. Went to a Mexican restaurant right next to it, and had much better food ( quality and quantity) and better service.

Came to pick up an order and was told to pick up inside I came in and this lady with horrible dental hygiene told me and another driver to get out of her lobby and refused us service saying to go back through the drive thru she would not talk to us inside. Is this how your "management" acts to customers and delivery drivers??
