Taco “Fail” - The Great Ingredient Shortage of 2024
I recently ventured to Taco Bell, lured by dreams of cheesy, beefy, crunchy goodness. Instead, I was served a masterclass in disappointment. It seems they’ve pivoted to some kind of avant-garde minimalist cuisine because what I got was essentially a limp tortilla with a whisper of beans. That’s it. No cheese, no meat, no pizzazz—just sadness folded twice.
When I asked if they had any sauce to at least season the despair, the employee leaned out the window, stared me dead in the eyes, and dumped a small mountain of sauce packets into my lap. No bag, no rhyme, no reason. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show called “Who Hurt You?”
I’m not sure what’s going on over there, but if this is their attempt at “thinking outside the bun,” they need to think back inside. Taco Bell, I came for a fiesta and left with a siesta because that meal had me ready to lie down and question all my life choices.

The worst service ever? I got a delivery and was missing half my order. I called the manager. She acted like it was my fault and didn't show any sympathy towards the matter. Food was burnt. The food I received. This place is horrible.They need new management

Decent TCB, but they won't open the lobby. Hey, I just went to Whataburger. BTW, I wasn't the only one to leave since they won't open the lobby, isn't business/customers important??

Addison was so amazing. She remade my food over the smallest inconvenience and talked to me about my depression state for as long as she didn’t have other customers. She is so kind and sweet hearted lol I love her. I hope she gets a big pay raise soon because she deserves it. She even gave me a free freeze :(. Nothing but nice things to say about her.

Well it didn’t take long for this new location to go to crap. Staff too busy being social to accomplish anything accurately. Check all your burritos as random stuff can be in it. Frequently observed staff appearing dazed or disoriented. Had one eating in the drive thru window and kept asking my name for order between smacking chews.

Ordered the cantina tacos combo. There was very little filling in them. I've ordered these a few times before and know the "normal" amount of chicken they put in these. My nacho cheese cup was also less than half full. Seems this location "skimps" their customers.

Don't know where else to put this so the review goes here. No sign on the door with lobby hours for delivery drivers. The doors into the actual parking lot are locked. Go through the drive thru as the app says to do if the doors are locked to be told in the drive thru speakers I cannot get the order I have to come to a different door on a different side of the building where there is no sign if I want to get the order to take to the customer who ordered it instead of just giving it to me in the drive thru. Once you enter this drive thru there is no way to exit. It is one lane and enclosed. Someone could have easily handed me the order and then apologized for the doors being locked and say they would update the instructions in app.
There are no instructions in the app saying to do this or what door to come through and the person at the drive thru was very rude when saying "I can't give you that you need to go inside". If you want people to go inside update your app instructions and don't lock the MAIN DOOR to the parking lot and expect people to be psychic and go around to a different door not easily accessible. Maybe give your staff some customer service training on how to talk to people.
