When this place opened, it was great. Now, it is horrible... The past 2 times I have been to this location, the food was cold and not prepared properly. The crunch wraps looked like folded flat flower tortillas (barely filled), the hard tacos were broken, and my chalupa was cold, wet, and soft. Can someone please comment on this to tell me which taco bell in Pensacola actually cares about their customers? I won't go here again... If I'm going to pay this much for food, it better be good...

I mean I'm not really reviewing the restaurant because we all know what the food tastes like it's pretty good it's always been pretty good nothing special but this location is the best the people are the best the food comes out great and all in all I got to give this one a five star

Stop with this person outside crap. You’re. Or chick filet and not busy or good enough for this you’re slowing the whole process down and causing a line out to the main road. It makes no sense! Order with a person, then immediately pull up to the speaker and tell them you just ordered?! Come on. You’re making fast food slow.

Check you bag before you leave. I call as soon as I notice the missing items. Spoke with a team member over the phone explained that I was missing three tacos. She was able to go back and see my order. I advised her that I didn’t have the receipt or the stickers from the bag. She expressed her apologies for the full order not being received. She told me I could come back and someone would replace it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to return before the morning crew left. Julian from anther shift wasn’t able to help or resolve my issue either. After explaining what took place. He stated I could have the wrong location and that they never take down names. Which didn’t made sense as I gave my name at the time of placing the order inside. I absolutely hate the fact that I purchase food and never get it and no one is paying able to fix this

This location's service is so bad.They stop you before the mic. To take your order in the drive through line before the box. They hold you for multiple minutes before you're able to drive up to the box. You have to tell them your name like they don't know what your order is even though you're literally the only person in line. Also, they can fudge their numbers to corporate that show they have better service than they do. They don't care about customer service. I've seen multiple almost accidents as people jockey around their small parking lot to get into the drive through or store. Honestly, this store is a joke and I normally drive to Davis, which isn't much better. But every little bit helps. Do better taco bell on nine mile.

At 6 pm I went to pick up my order through drive thru. 6 cars in line and a girl taking orders from the corner. Why? At 6 at night. So I had to go in where I was told I couldn't do that. Until 1 young lady says just push it to me I'll make it. Ordering online doesn't make it faster if I have to wait.
