Potato soup: my husband loved it, I hated it, super thick could eat with a fork, lightly seasoned, more mush than soup

Turkey bacon avocado sandwich: it was ok, had an odd flavor due to sweet butter used on the bread

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience and Lost Loyalty*

*A Loyal Customer's Heartbreaking Farewell*

We were devoted regulars at Taylors, visiting every Sunday and occasional Saturdays due to our work schedule. Our family cherished the warm atmosphere and exceptional service. Three weeks ago, our experience was impeccable as always usually, with outstanding food and mesmerizing service from our waiter we would tip over $20 thats how great he is at all times!

However, last Saturday's visit was a stark contrast.

Upon entry, the waitress greeted us with an unwelcoming scowl. The overpowering smell of burned bacon permeated the air and clung to our clothing. My attempted joke was met with rudeness and disregard.

Our orders were severely botched:

- My scrambled eggs were overcooked and rock-hard.
- Feta cheese was cold and sprinkled on top, not cooked with eggs and not melted.
- Croissant was burnt and 2 different pieces was used more looking like left overs. ( USUALLY ITS A FRESH WHOLE ONE!)
- Requesting sour cream incurred with an rude comment of an extra charge, as I wouldn't have money, delivered with a rude tone.
- Coffee was poured for my husband, but not for me.

The unbearable climax: my husband pulled a long hair out of his mouth! As he was trying to chew. The disgust and disappointment were overwhelming.

We're beyond heartbroken. Tailors, you lost our loyalty and trust. This experience was a stark departure from our previous visits.

*Key Issues:*

- Unwelcoming waitress
- Poor food quality
- Rude service last Saturday
- Unacceptable food contamination
-No genuine apology from staff...???

*Farewell, Tailors.* We'll miss our beloved waiter's exceptional service, but we cannot continue supporting a establishment that failed us so profoundly.

*Recommendation:* Address these critical issues to regain customer trust.

Honestly the food wasn't great, it looked like it would be good, but the potatoes had no seasoning, the french toast was also bland and tough instead of spongey, they didn't know how to cook over-medium eggs, and the fruit wasn't ripe. At least my OJ was good, and the waitress and the atmosphere were amazing.

Biscuits and gravy was what my husband ordered he ate half then fed it a very small amount to our dog as a treat, a very small amount. That evening my husband was sick expressed he thought the Biscuit part of his meal wasn't completely baked. Our dog also got sick and required a vet visit with the sample of what he thew up. $250 later our dog is on the mend. First bad experience but heads up think twice about Biscuits and gravy.
