The Service was excellent, food was excellent, Server was excellent, have previously eaten at the Texas Roadhouse, usually Sundays, which they are jam packed with plenty of people. Yet they are outstanding organization, you do not have to wait, when able to be served. Now if you have a lot of people in your crowd, you have to wait until the space becomes available, and that is faster than most other restaurants in Pensacola. Excluding Chick-fl-la, and they are closed on Sundays. Outstanding for all concerned, make your next visit at Texas Roadhouse, for a awesome meal.

Our meal was fantastic. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, and the sides were all delicious. The salad is excellent but the best party of the meal was our server. Mikeayla was the Best we have ever had. She went out of her way to get me the salad that I wanted in spite of it not being on the menu. She checked on us, ensuring we had everything we needed. She is truly an asset to this restaurant.

Walked in at 9pm and the hostess told us to sit at the bar or wait 25 minutes for a seat. Place was empty. We said fine, we will sit at the bar. We go to sit at the bar and the bartender stopped us and told us to sit on the other side. At that point, we knew they didn’t need any customers obviously. I did tell the waitress not to worry we were fast eaters, knowing they closed in an hour- I used to work in the industry so we would have been very courteous and left early before closing. I hope the owner of this restaurant reads this and realizes that they are losing business due to lazy rude staff.

My first visit to this Texas Roadhouse. Top notch food and service. I had the Famous Rib Basket from the appetizers as a meal and my wife had the 6oz Sirloin. Both were excellent. Our server, Irelynn, was very friendly and professional. She checked on us multiple times and kept our drinks full. Kudos to her. The manager, Jeff, stopped by several times to check on us and even gave us a free appetizer coupon for our next visit (because this was our first visit with them). I highly recommend this place if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed, which I frequently am. Thanks Irelynn and Jeff.

Came here with friends celebrating a birthday. Although the wait for a table was long as expected, food came fast and was deelicious!!
I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse in Pensacola. The food was good overall, though my steak could have been better. I understand it was a busy night, so I was patient with our waiter even though the service was quite slow.
However, one issue stood out during my visit. When I went to the bathroom, I found two female employees standing outside of the stalls in front of the sink, just chilling on their phones. One of them was blocking the paper towels, making it difficult for me to dry my hands. It was clear they weren’t taking a quick break, as they were there both when I walked in and when I walked out. This was disappointing to see, especially when the rest of the staff seemed to be working hard on a busy night.
I still enjoyed my meal, but witnessing this lack of professionalism affected my overall experience. I hope management addresses this to ensure all employees are focused on providing the best service possible.

Pensacola TX Roadhouse is a usual for us and service is always great but today was exceptional! We came in with our friend’s elderly mom for a late lunch and had Mikeayla as our delightful server. She was so sweet to our mom, so attentive, cheerful, quick and all around a joy! And to top off the greatest experience she had a Polaroid camera and offered to take our photo with a cute heart photo prop! Thanks so much Mikeayla and I hope you get some well-deserved praise for your efforts and talents!
