The Service was excellent, food was excellent, Server was excellent, have previously eaten at the Texas Roadhouse, usually Sundays, which they are jam packed with plenty of people. Yet they are outstanding organization, you do not have to wait, when able to be served. Now if you have a lot of people in your crowd, you have to wait until the space becomes available, and that is faster than most other restaurants in Pensacola. Excluding Chick-fl-la, and they are closed on Sundays....
Our meal was fantastic. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, and the sides were all delicious. The salad is excellent but the best party of the meal was our server. Mikeayla was the Best we have ever had. She went out of her way to get me the salad that I wanted in spite of it not being on the menu. She checked on us, ensuring we had everything we needed. She is truly an asset to this restaurant.
My first visit to this Texas Roadhouse. Top notch food and service. I had the Famous Rib Basket from the appetizers as a meal and my wife had the 6oz Sirloin. Both were excellent. Our server, Irelynn, was very friendly and professional. She checked on us multiple times and kept our drinks full. Kudos to her. The manager, Jeff, stopped by several times to check on us and even gave us a free appetizer coupon for our next visit (because this was our first visit with them). I highly...
