My first visit to this Texas Roadhouse. Top notch food and service. I had the Famous Rib Basket from the appetizers as a meal and my wife had the 6oz Sirloin. Both were excellent. Our server, Irelynn, was very friendly and professional. She checked on us multiple times and kept our drinks full. Kudos to her. Good Food but Disappointing Service Experience
I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse in Pensacola. The food was good overall, though my steak could have been better. I understand it was a busy night, so I was patient with our waiter even though the service was quite slow.
However, one issue stood out during my visit. When I went to the bathroom, I found two female employees standing outside of the stalls in front of the sink, just chilling...

Pensacola TX Roadhouse is a usual for us and service is always great but today was exceptional! We came in with our friend’s elderly mom for a late lunch and had Mikeayla as our delightful server. She was so sweet to our mom, so attentive, cheerful, quick and all around a joy! And to top off the greatest experience she had a Polaroid camera and offered to take our photo with a cute heart photo prop!
