Grabbed the Mushroom Swiss Burger with a gluten free bun. I am gluten intolerant because I hate glutens and they fulfilled my order. They also have good cream sodas.

I ordered the steak and cheese it was good but the fries were ok. It took forever to get my food because the kids in the back were playing around. I won't be going back. I'm sure the owners won't care. Also my husband's onions were burnt to a crisp he didn't even eat his burger we took it back and got a refund

The food was very good. The burger was juicy and delicious. I had the mushroom burger. The French fries were not too salty. It's a little pricey but worth it! It's been four and a half hours and i'm still not hungry yet. 😋

So today was a day of indecisiveness about where to eat Friday's lunch but this place came to mind. I was in the mood for a good burger and heard great things about this spot. I ordered the Steakhouse burger, cooked medium. The burgers came out and I can't say that I was impressed with the presentation. The bun was a bit over toasted but the burger was cooked the way I requested. The first bite was unsatisfying, there was a gross greasy aftertaste. It tasted as if the bun was toasted in the grease that secreted from the patty. I had to ask for another bun that wasn't toasted to finish my burger. So to sum is up, I ate for sustainment today. It wasn't good and I don't think I'll be back. I see that they have a good rating but I'm compelled to keep it real and give my take on my experience. Not recommended.

The place looks run down on the outside, but has a great atmosphere on the inside. The staff are very friendly and the food was cooked to perfection. Me and my buddies left full and overly satisfied. One of the best burgers I've had in Pensacola!

This place was amazing. The employees were genuine and happy. When you go in your gifted a menu and seated at a table. The room can hold around 45 to 50 people. When you finish pouring over their menu full of delicious options and restrain yourself to choosing only one (a very hard decision indeed) you can mosy your way up to the register to order. We had a group of six people and our food was brought out extremely fast. They left my burger on a little too long because I'm the only one in my family who doesn't want a well done burger but they brought me out a tray of Fries while I waited for them to bring out my burger. The place was very patriotic and very family friendly and every burger was made as requested and tasted amazing. They have some great vegan options and offer military discounts. They brought joy and filled happy bellies to my whole family. If I could I would give it 7 out of five stars.

The burgers were pretty darn good! The bread was buttered, toasted and soft. The burger was cooked well with crispy edges. I had the minis. I didn't care for the fries. Too thick. I prefer thinner crispy fries.

Staff was very engaging and helpful. The food was fresh and hot rught off thr grill and cooked to the requested style. The burger was jumbo, as it stated in the menu, and almost couldn't finish my fries and drink. Definitely make sure you have a chance to eat here if you are in town.

The best burgers in town. Not an exaggeration. It can be a little bit of a wait for lunch but boy is it worth it. What really blows my mind is how great the chicken sandwiches and salads are too. And talk about consistency. Every meal is delicious!

Staying overnight at the Navy Lodge. As there was nowhere to eat on the base, we ventured out the front gate and came upon this place. The workers are friendly, but a little forgetful as she forgot to bring our drink order with our meal. The food was okay. No alcohol is served at this location as there is a school and a church nearby.
Always amazing burgers and great customer service! There is a server and her husband who both work there and she is great! Kids eat free with adult meal on Tuesday's and they offer a military discount! Seriously the best burgers in Pensacola!! We take the kiddos here often and it never disappoints!

I had read the negative reviews on service and length of time it took to get orders and hoped they had worked out the kinks to improve....hubby and I went here because they offer a veggie burger. Unfortunately, they still have issues with the time it takes to get an order cooked and to the customer. We were there around 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. There were two tables seated - a group of 4, and a table of 3. The table of 4 asked the waitress how much longer it was going to take for their order. That's when I knew we were in for a long wait! Sure enough...40 minutes later, I went up and asked for the status...I noticed there were two cooks working on orders. Our food arrived within another 5 minutes and we were offered free cookies for our wait. Hubby got a cheeseburger with fries and said it was delicious. My veggie burger was burned on both sides, and inedible. I ate the tomato and pickle on the bun and ate my fries. I let the waitress know I couldn't eat the veggie burger and asked for a refund for it because I wasn't willing to wait for another one. She refunded my entire meal, even the drink! Hubby also got 3 cookies for the long wait. We won't be back.

Not too sure how this place has so many stars. Apparently the people eating here have never had a real burger. Went at about 730 tonight place had maybe 3 tables full of people, so place was not even packed. First of all the food cost almost 40.00 with a tip. The Texas burger we ordered the chilli on top was cold and the burger looked like it was just thrown together, had that with onion rings they were ok. Had the three mini burgers with fries, the fries were room temperature buns on mini burgers were cold. The sweet potatoe tots we ordered as a side were good. Mind you place not even busy and it took 24 minutes to get our food, how is that even possible.

I don't know how this place has a four and half rating. For a place to call it's self The Burger Factory I would expect a burger better than say Whattaburger. Sadly not even close. I ordered a burger medium and it came out raw. So the young lady takes it back and comes back with the fries for me to eat while making burger number two. That's just really bad service. New burger new fresh fries served as ordered. Second burger comes out 32 minutes after our order and was properly cooked. So my opinion is good toppings, ok bun, bland ground beef, horrible Walmart style soggy fries. One and done.
