The District is the ultimate steakhouse. Chef Josh Warner know precisely how to prepare a Pittsburgh Rare Filet which places him in the highest rating of America’s Chefs. The Team there always greets with a smile and the ambiance is that of warmth and hospitality! Words cannot describe the design and atmosphere one feels inside The District. Jack Williams and Buck Mitchell are but two leaders who are eager to help and/or answer any questions asked!

Tonight was my first time, dinning at the District. Great Server, but the Staff in the dining room made accommodations for a Racist couple that didn’t want to sit next to Black people. I Will Never visit that establishment ever again!!!

Ordered the medallions...grissly and hard to chew. Def not from filet. Disappointing since it was my Birthday...but they did take it off our bill. We've been here before so it's worth a comeback. Better luck next time.

The District is an amazing dining experience: elegant and fresh. Last week I had the swordfish and Nassau rice/grits with asparagus. It was delightfully light, yet very filling. I also really enjoyed the fact that the upstairs area has live music. It feels very classy and welcoming. 5 stars for me!

We had our anniversary dinner here and everything was exquisite. Portions were generous leaving us well satisfied and I highly recommend the creme broulle! I have never had such a wonderful desert. I also must say lamb was amazing as was my steak. All sides were rich and flavorful and nice sized. Our waitress was Ivy and she was excellent!

We had THE BEST dinner. Mark was our server and he could not have been more knowledgeable and timely. 4 of us dined. We started with Oysters Rockefeller and they were perfection. We had 2 Caesar salads, one with scallops and one with beef. Both were prepared to order. We also had the lamp chops and a filet. Both meats were cooked perfectly. 2 of us had dined with you before. This was the best experience we have had. The other 2 came for the first time and they are already planning their next visit. The dining room had a steady flow of guests and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was a wonderful evening!

Best Kept (Happy Hour) Secret! Very classy digs upstairs for Happy Hour - the appetizers are great and drink prices unmatched. Check em out!

One of the best dinner spots in pensacola. All the food is bomb. Atmosphere is classy. Even though everyone is dressed up, there's no real dress code(button up etc) the staff is class act. Steak is 10/10 and the prices are honestly very reasonable. The creme brulee is half the reason you should eat here as well. I take family and friends and dates here all the time. Love it.

I've been here several times and I've always enjoyed my experience. The food is fantastic and the cocktails are amazing! Service was exceptional! My new favorite restaurant ☺️

Started in the upstairs lounge with cocktails and fried artichokes. Finished in the restaurant with a burger for my wife (said it was the best she ever had) and steak frites for me (small filets rather than usual sirloin). Both excellent. When asked about dessert, my wife said “only if you have bread putting”. They delivered with a yummy version with pecans and bourbon sauce. Best experience at the District ever.

The service was fantastic. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Had our meal then went upstaires for some live entertainment and was not dissapointed. Always nice to enjoy Historic Pensacola , Seville Square.
