some of the best tasting chicken wings I have ever tasted! so glad I got a chance to visit Pensacola again for more of your great wings!

First of all, when I was ordering, there was a patron being VERY rude to me. So I wanna say THANK YOU for sticking up for me. I have no problem sticking up for myself, but it’s very validating to have someone else recognize bs and call it out. 2. The wait was very good and early despite the given estimate and for food being made to order. 3. Speaking of food, omg!! Soooo good homemade cooking lien your mommas or your nanas. And my hubby is VERY picky. He LOVED the pork chops and he does not play about his food. Additionally LOVE that yall were open so late. And quadruple-ly love that yall are black owned/operated. Will come again whenever I’m in pcola! 💖

I try to support local businesses in my community especially those that's apart of the history and culture of the community. I waited 1 hr and 52 minutes for my order. To add insult to injury there was no apologies for such long wait and then the order was wrong.. This the second time there will not be third...

The lady cook had a pleasant attitude, but the food was not satisfying. The chicken wasn't seasoned, the mac and cheese was very dry, and had a weird taste to it. I do not recommend it.

To the young lady who responded with a passive-aggressive tone (GO WITH YOUR ORDER twice in a row), when I simply asked two questions: I am more than capable of frying my own chicken. I’ve been a loyal customer since the days of Kru, and I work hard for my money—I shouldn’t have to tolerate disrespectful service. There are too many good food options!!

The chicken is some of the best in town. Flavor is phenomenal. The wait is ridiculous though- I ordered ahead of time- and the wait was already an hour. I get there and they’re out of half of what I ordered. I get substitutes and the wait after that was an additional hour. It’s also worth mentioning it’s crazy loud in there, so I don’t recommend eating in their lobby. The lady working there was really nice and offered me some extra chicken for free- but like an hour wait AFTER ordering ahead of time is still crazy. I like their chicken but dang.

Very small and quiet when I went. Seats around 10-12, but it's definitely worth the trip cause the fried chicken tastes just like my Momma's, which was the best ever!! If you like hotsauce, then tell'm yes when ask! ! Greens and beans were good and the nanner pudding was too!

Lady on the phone was very rude! Cussing me out! Confused on the order I was trying to place then proceed to think I was calling her stupid! This was my favorite place to go too. Then finally getting this interaction had completely ruined it. I have been going here for 5+ years with no interaction like this. This is totally unacceptable and I know the owners who have passed away would not accept this kind of behavior at all. You guys have lost my buisness and hey also let the people know how unsanitary your waitroom plus bathroom is! Roaches everywhere especially during the cold season! Outside area of the restraunt has bums all along the area, smells like urine! Don’t bring your wife and kids here just for your safety because I always feel uncomfortable out there. So unbelievable I had this interaction here. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Dont bother calling because they never answer the phone and ive had 2 doorsash orders get canceled because they were closed. how about you guys update your hours.

They have the worst customer service ever!! WORST!!! Giving attitude because we ask how long is the food going to take!!!! If you don’t want to work stay tf home!!!!!
