Love the variety of different choices. Has a nice selection of restaurants, 2 Boba tea places as well as a Gelato shop inside, great atmosphere, and pet friendly which always makes for a wonderful relaxing and fun environment. The food at these places are really good and unique. I resally enjoyed them.

We ate at the Ox Kitchen, very friendly staff. We both had the mediterranean salad with grilled chicken and a side of grilled Brusse l sprouts. I must say that it was a very good choice. The tzatziki (sp?) Sauce was very nice and everything was very fresh. It did take a while for us to order because all of the food trucks looked good, and we had a hard time deciding which to try first.

Nice change to the food and drink scene in downtown. If you are walking and need a quick lunch or cold coffee then check this place out.
So I decided to order the Bulgogi Cheesesteak from Flip-n-Yaki and it took about 15 minutes to be done and I was ultimately underwhelmed. The bulgogi meat was quite salty and usually bulgogi is supposed to be sweet and savory but I was getting neither of those two flavors. I decided to get the Steak and Yuca from the place across from them and it was much better. The Yuca Fries were nice and fluffy and paired well with a sauce I got from Flip-n-Yaki and the steak was good. I then got a 25% sweet banana boba from one of the trailers and it was very good. It was very light and and had a pleasant banana taste that was not overwhelming or underwhelming. The atmosphere was very pleasant and ultimately what makes me rate this place higher. So other than that Bulgogi the food was good and I would recommend to check this place out at least once.
Dietary restrictions: The boba place uses non dairy milks like oat milk and others so if you have Lactose Intolerance I would recommend this place for Boba.

I happen to stroll into the Garden and Nick was my bar tender and Racheal was my bar back. Nick’s service was outstanding…the conversation, beer, and margaritas were outstanding. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it. Racheal did an outstanding job…while she was performing her duties she did not hesitate ti chat with me. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely return!
