Took my wife here for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were recommended to go here and it was not disappointing. At first the prices on the menu may seem high, but let me tell you when the food comes out it is most definitely justified! I'm not a huge guy, but generally I can put away a large meal when I'm out. I could not finish this one! Took the rest home and it was enough for another meal for myself. The food was amazing as well. I don't recall the name of the dish, but it had steak, chicken, shrimp, eggs, chorizo, and grilled onions. Nothing was skimped on, and the taste was amazing. We have been recommending this to everyone we know. Let's help get this place built up and the recognition it deserves!

Our food was AMAZING, affordable, and our service was top tier. We had the kindest waitress who even put Mrs. Rachel on so we could really enjoy our meal with a one and four year old. Also the restaurant was super clean - down to the highchair our baby was in which also means so much! I would definitely recommend stopping in especially if you’re local and looking for a more authentic experience. 10/10 and we can’t wait to go back!

Good food! No margaritas! Or beer! The salsa needs some tweaking from mostly crushed tomatoes. They are just starting the restaurant and definitely need the locals support to make it spectacular!

Place is delicious. And for 28 bucks i got a mountain of meat that came out in the biggest molcajete i have ever seen. I thought i was getting a plate and i got enough food for a family of 4.

Very authentic, customer service was great and food was even better. The none alcoholic environment was by far the most interesting but lovable attributes about this restaurant. Will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

I was honestly so upset when I left today. I showed up thinking the food was going to be real authentic Mexican food. When I first came in with my son I noticed it was empty other than a kid, and a baby which I assume were the workers kids. We decided to sit in the booths, but it was part of the restaurant that didn’t have any light. I already thought the fact a bottle of water was $2, and $3 for a can of soda was ridiculous. I figured the food would be worth it, and continued to overlook the menu. Everything was so over priced but I was going to split with my son like we always do. I ended up ordering the carne asada. And we got guacamole. The chips and salsa were complimentary but the salsa was horrible, no flavor. After we got our guacamole we ate some chips, guacamole just was avocado and garlic. When our food came out it was brought out on one plate. The black beans were in a dipping sauce sized bowl, and it was liquid. The steak was so tough I could barely cut it. At one point i couldn’t chew it and wanted to spit it out but didn’t want to be nasty so I swallowed it practically choking my self. The whole meal had no flavor and my mouth had a disgust feeling afterwards. My son couldn’t eat the meat ether. So I made him eat the rice. As we sat there the young boy was running around slamming against the walls. Playing in the empty tables. Couldn’t blame a bored kid though. I had to ask to pay, I was just overly done. Then I had my server who was actually nice and accommodating at first. Hover over me as I signed the check. Couldn’t even barely get my hand off the pen before he took the book and pen. Like you’ve could’ve cleared the plates why’ll I signed. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I’ve been a server for multiple years. Over all I will not return. I hate that I have leave such a review the photos of food looked great but it was not what I got. And over $40 to share a plate and not even have alcohol but water and a soda upset me even more! I love Mexican food, but what I had today wasn’t even close. Taco Bell serves better food and they aren’t even real Mexican food!

We had a hiccup with the chips, which isn't surprising in our Florida humidity. But it was quickly rectified.

They provide 2 different salsa, the green and red, with the chips.

The waitress, Jennifer, was attentive without being intrusive and refilled as she saw the need. Great job!

The food was great. And I loved that they put things in small square dishes. I am not fond of beans and am always trying to separate what I don't eat with what I do like. So this was a wonderful way to correct issues like that and the first time I have seen it done. When you order cheese dip, it is a darn good size rather than the small shallow bowls. Added a photo to see.

Atmosphere was great and decorated. They were pleasant people and I truly enjoyed myself. I recommend this restaurant.

I love locally owned places and was excited to check this place out. It was completely empty around 5:30 pm which made me a little sad bc I know how hard it is to run a restaurant.
The decor is about what you expect from a Mexican restaurant, clean no frills. We ordered the steak and el pastor fajitas. They didn’t come out sizzling like you expect from ordering fajitas but insiders know the only reason they sizzle is bc they just pour water on the hot plate so I didn’t care that much bc it was still piping hot. So if you’re expecting the same sizzle that you get at every single other restaurant that has fajitas you won’t get it.
The tortilla chips taste store bought. Was expecting homemade tortilla chips from a Mexican restaurant which is a staple bc they are not hard to make.
The flavor of the steak and pork were very good. Generous portions and lots of meat. Most places give you mostly veggies and skimp on the meat but they give you a lot which is nice! The only thing is that there was no sour cream, cilantro, or cheese. The server didn’t come back to check on us or ask if we needed anything. They were in the back the whole time and only came back out to give us the check. There was no one in the restaurant so I don’t know why they didn’t check on us.
I would come back but only for lunch or to go so I can ask for sour cream, cilantro, and cheese bc the dinners are over $20. And I’m not going to tip a server who isn’t going to check on us when the whole restaurant is empty.

I gave it 4 stars bc I like to support small business and the food was good but you need to check on your customers after they get their food to see if they need anything else. Hiding in the back isn’t very welcoming and makes people not want to come back.
