Food was good and service wasn't bad, but it took a very long time to make it through the meal. Having salads, mains course and desert was over two and a half hours for 7 people.

We had a wonderful evening dining at the Melting Pot. Our server was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We got the date night package which included the coursed meal, roses, champagne, and a picture & frame. Since neither of us drink alcohol, they accommodated switching the bottle of champagne for mocktails which was perfect! The only complaint we have about our experience is that once we arrived home, we realized we never got the picture part of our package. A little disappointing but everything else was great!

Fun experiment for a group of friends, really wouldn't recommend more than 4 people per table. 6 was just too much going on.

We had such an amazing birthday celebration dinner at The Melting Pot in Pensacola tonight! The food was delicious and nothing was lacking. Our server Acelynn was EXCELLENT! She was so attentive to our table and talked me into trying a mushroom with the Green Goddess sauce. She was not wrong! Absolutely amazing! She made our experience so nice! Will definitely request Ace when we go back!
