Great experience for my husband’s bday.
Will come back for next special occasion.
Had a wonderful date night with my boyfriend and the server Lindsey who went above and beyond to give us amazing service!
Had a great dinner, with even better service thank you Lindsey!
Lauren was amazing!! Super sweet and attentive.
Lauren was excellent and on top of the entire service!
I haven't been to a melting pot in 10+ years. I was shocked at the prices for such small amount of food. I and my friends were scared to eat the 3 raw shrimp, few slices of raw chicken and beef that was given to each of us placed on a plate together to boil in the broth on the table. I guess food poisoning from cross contaminating raw meat isn't a concern? And then to top it off our table of four had a tip automatically added to our bill which I was not expecting. Several of my friends didn't know the tip was snuck in there and added their tip on top of it. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Im actually kindof surprised this place is still in business.
Lauren was a phenomenal waitress, food was fantastic! The Wisconsin cheese is to die for, did I mention Lauren? Thank your an incredible dining experience!

Food was good but by far the worst service we have ever gotten at a melting pot. Aaron was checking on every other table but us. Too 30 min to take our order. We were almost an hour in before we got our cheese dip. Seemed to run past our table every time like he didn't like us.

$200 after tip for 2 people, and we didn't come close to splurging. It's almost $40 just for 2 people to dip semi-stale bread and raw baby carrots (wtf?) into "fancy" cheez whiz. The Cesar salad may have been the best thing I tried, and even it had strange candy-coated pine nuts on it, which were actually good, but belong on another salad, not a Cesar. Friendly staff, but the prices are ludicrous for the quality of food. Also, unless you get the grill option, all your meats will be boiled, which is not the most desirable. Besides the boiled meats, the cheese and dessert fondue was okay, but not great. It's a fun 1-time thing, but I'd never go back when I can get actual fine dining, better atmosphere, and have someone else cook my food for much less.

The manager Gabriel was excellent. We had a minor issue that he handled above and beyond. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back next time we visit Pensacola.
Vegetarian options: We are vegan and the 4 course meal was excellent.
