I ordered a large order for me and my family, I immediately dug in because I was starving. I picked up my order at 11:20 and by 11:58. I was most of the way done with my food. I took my last bite of cheese grits, and something cut my tongue. To my surprise, I found a shard of glass in my food!! The rest of my family immediately stopped eating and I’m currently on my way to the hospital. Hopefully this was an accident. But I need to be sure that there wasn’t more in the food. The Restaurant is not answering the phone, I’ve called multiple times.

Was a little hot, but we sat outside. Head out of town guest from Michigan, who had been to Ruby slipper in the Marigny in New Orleans with us about five years ago and they’re only request was to go to Ruby slipper again when they just came to Pensacola to visit us lol

Ruby Slipper is a fantastic spot for brunch! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my Trifecta Bennies were absolutely amazing. The service was impressively fast, making it a great place to enjoy a delicious meal without a long wait. I highly recommend Ruby Slipper if you're looking for a top-notch brunch experience.

This is the best breakfast and brunch place in Pensacola. They have delicious food and affordable prices. The kids' meal is only $6, and my son loves the cinnamon roll pancakes. Get the chicken St. Charles or biscuits and gravy. You will not be disappointed!

Usually very good but on this trip left a good bit to be desired! Took a while to get A Second cup of coffee.
Being able to put your name on the list ahead of time is super nice. Maybe a bit loud inside though. Some sound dampening materials on the ceiling might help.

Some of the best food I've ever enjoyed. Service was the best friendly and fast. Update from a recent visit, still great food and service! Tried the hash browns loaded...tasty but heavy. 3 little pigs omelet and fried egg with bacon biscuit were top notch but still craving the bananas foster French toast. Oh well, more reasons to look fwd to my next visit. Come to ATL.

Not sure what all the hype is about. 3 stars at best. Pancakes were standard box mix with way too much powdered sugar. Didn’t even ask if I wanted powdered sugar (I didn’t). They added a bit of sweet sugar on the side, because the powdered sugar drenched cakes aren’t sweet enough I guess. Coffee was also standard. Atmosphere and decor are whatever. Service was good. if you can, go elsewhere.
