The Wine Bar & Market - Pensacola

I arranged to host an event for Indivisible NWFL with a manager who was not working the day of the event. We are a progressive movement that believes in holding all people in power to account, regardless of party affiliation. This event was a letter writing campaign for Democratic candidates in the special elections. The staff working decided their personal political ideology eclipsed providing good service. We only saw 1 of the 2 servers we were told would work the event. I had to find her to give 4 out of the 10 drink orders. I was never asked for my drink order. Drinks were NEVER refilled. After placing the initial order upon arrival, I was never asked if we wanted anything else. Less than halfway through the event, the manager on duty asked how long we would be there. They asked to close out the ticket saying they were switching from day to night shift at the halfway point of our event. There was ZERO service the last hour. I cleared the plates. I had tipped an additional $15 over the autograt of 20%. Another in our party also tipped them asking they provide good service. The food is good. When I had scheduled, they were kind enough not to charge for the event space. We had every intention of this being a location for our meetings. We have had 36 new members join in just the past 2 days. I will never support or recommend this or any of Chan's businesses.

There are a number of highlights describing the experience my friends and I had, but the King Highlight was BEN, our server: knowledgeable, unassuming, helpful, attentive, and a dozen other fantastic qualities.

The food was beyond expectation, the wines were memorable, the timing (thanks to Ben’s attentiveness) was absolutely on point to make the memory lingering.

Came in for lunch. Had the Miss Mexico cocktail and it is sooo good. The hot honey chicken sandwich is so delicious! The fresh cut French fries are really good. Such a cool vibe in this place. Payton is a wonderful bartender! He makes the best drinks and has the best conversation skills. I highly recommend this bar and restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Not a family restaurant definitely for the adults.

We stopped here for a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board. We had outstanding service, a very nice bottle of Pino Gris and an absolutely wonderful charcuterie board with 3 different meats, 3 different cheeses, two different breads, red peppers in oil and a first for us; pickled green tomatoes. Every single thing about our visit was amazing! We highly recommend!

Such a great place to eat any day of the week! We went on Wednesday for pizza night and Monday for burger night! Both delicious! The lamb burger was amazing! So was their pizza! An absolute must while I'm Pensacola!

We had food and wine. The service was excellent and the food was Superior. We had the baked salad. We have the cauliflower dish and we had the pizza. All of it was excellent.

Amazing service! Probably the best service I've had in over a year at a restaurant. We stopped for food and not the wine (hah). We had the feta BLT sandwich with a side salad, the chicken salad sandwich with a side salad, and the fresh baked cookies. The sandwiches were solid, but the cookies were awesome. They are baked to order, and absolutely delicious. Great place with a beautiful atmosphere.

Extremely Dissatisfied with this place. I called last week to make reservations for Valentines Day at 4pm. The girl went over the menu available at 5pm but told her we were looking to come at 4pm and just wanted to make sure that they had regular menu. She assured me they did and said I didn’t need reservations at 4pm. We got there today at 4pm and were turned away as they were closed til 5pm for their Valentines Dinner. Very disappointing
