First time eating here. We didn’t know they had two separate sides. The side to the left was super smoky and the windows were all open which made it so hot and humid in there. We moved to the patio which was actually cooler. The restaurant side on the right is where it was actually air conditioned. Another thing I noticed was no service on the patio which was weird considering they had lot of people working. There were like 3 tables taken outside so one person could’ve easily...
I went to the ticket on nine mile rd, and had their wings. While I was eating, I watched the employees at work. I asked one of them who the manager was, and she pointed him out. When you can not easily identify the manager while observing the staff, it’s a great indication that they have a good manager. Enjoyed the food, atmosphere and watching Sunday football. Highly recommend.
Parking: Overflow parking lot gets full too.
