Went on a Sunday afternoon. It was not crowded. The wait wasn’t long. I do hate that they don’t serve the flauta’s with a wheat option anymore. But, it was fresh & good.

I recently visited Tijuana Flats in Pensacola, and wow—what a flavor-packed experience! I ordered the Nachos Mix and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious—crispy, cheesy, and loaded with toppings that made every bite a fiesta of flavor. You can tell they take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food that stands out.
The only hiccup? I added guacamole (paid extra for it), but it didn’t make it onto my nachos. A little disappointing since I was craving that creamy goodness. That said, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere vibrant, and the food so tasty that I’ll definitely be back for round two—just double-checking my add-ons next time.
If you’re in Pensacola and looking for bold, flavorful Tex-Mex that hits the spot, Tijuana Flats is the place to be. Don’t miss out—especially on those nachos!

This is one of my daughters and the I favorite place to go. There is nothing on the menu that we have ordered that we didn't like or loved.
Vegetarian options: Black bean veggie burrito is great even for meat eaters because you don't notice that there is no meat. It is very filling. I ❤️ their queso.

We saw place and from the outside it looked interesting so we stopped in. The service was phenomenal. The food was great. And the atmosphere was just awesome. We go to Pensacola quite a bit and we will be back to Tijuana

Food and service was excellent 👍👍 I forgot my cashier's name but he was amazing 👍👍it was my first time trying them and I was very pleased 😊I will be going back and if you haven't tried them it is a must that you do !
Food and atmosphere was really good But what really stood out to me was how nice everyone was that worked here. As my girlfriend and I walked up and employee opened the door for us and greeted us and gave us menus. When we went to order the guy at the register greeted us and was friendly. As we finished eating, the manager asked us if we needed anything and we told her two boxes. While she was gone to get the boxes my girlfriend was like dang I wish I'd asked her for lids for our queso and guac and guess what she had with her when she came back to us.. Lids for the queso and guac. I swear it's the little things. And then when we left three customers greeted us again and said have a great day. When we got to the truck I said in my girlfriend.. I think that's the nicest staff I've ever met at any restaurant. That's really huge to me. So thanks for that.

1st time eating here and the food was delicious. I got my order to go and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Next time I will definitely stay for Happy hour and try their drinks

Tijuana Flats used to be a staple outing. I feel it has slipped. It seems to be suffering some cleanliness issues and the quality (presentation) of the food has gone down hill of late. Time to update the vibe and exercise some attention to detail. I want to keep TF in the mix.

Well, you know if I'm traveling to a new place, I am definitely hitting a Mexican food place. Overall, I would consider this place more on the average food taste. However, the lack of flavors was made up for in the service overall. Don't get me wrong, the food was good overall, just not what I was expecting. Then there was the final bill! Everything is an add-on, so if you want guacamole or salsa, they is a charge for each separately, and they give you this tiny black cup with a taste of each! So the final bill for chips and queso, a burrito, and an order of street tacos, the bill was $54 dollars! So average food for a premium price....
I really wanted to like the food because the service and atmosphere were nice. Sadly, the food was bland and the prices were high. The chips and queso were good. We Paid $5 for a tiny bit of guacamole (no taste). Also, each condiment added was an additional fee. I attached the receipt, for example.
