Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Terrible. Almost as bad as the Gulf Breeze location. After drenching my wrap in sauce, I asked for it to be made with the normal amount, as per recipe. They then decided to make orders for a sports team of like 20 people before even getting to my wrap. Smoothie melted and all I got was shrugs. I’ve worked at a few Tropical Smoothies locations and it’s safe to say these locations are going downhill…. If they were even “uphill” to begin with that is..

This particular location is like a home away from home. The food and smoothies are savory, and the staff are the icing on the cake! Having great leadership is everything when it comes to team building and that is exactly what the GM of this store brings and more. Hats off to you and the crew for being awesome 😎.

The rudest workers. 2 young girls in the back were loudly complaining about customers. Stating they always get negative reviews when they are working and I can see why. They have nasty attitudes. One girl claimed that the manger always blames her for bad reviews. A guy handed me my food and rolled his eyes when I said thank you. A girl handed me my drink and did the same thing. I guess they think it’s funny to be rude to customers and talk as if we can’t hear everything they are saying. Will not be returning to this location just left June 1 at 2:20 pm so you can see who was working that shift.

I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel like I have to on this one. We ordered two smoothies. Both tasted just like watery icees with very little flavor. We always order the same two smoothies in TN and these are nothing like it. Waste of money. Couldn’t even finish them. Feels like we got ripped off for sure.

If I could give this store & employees a 100 star I would! Especially Courtney who remembers customers by name & treats every one of them like family. Keepers one & all but above all - Courtney!

I just want to say that I used to like tropical smoothie but the problem is you think you guys you think I'm loitering but I am not I don't know what give you guys that idea I think you guys are ended up it the only thing you care about is your own people you don't care about in Spanish people that's the main reason that's the main reason I want to leave Pensacola cuz you people are nothing but haters you can't respect to Spanish people you just want to put us out because and it's not my fault that my payment does not come in till Friday unless her right now that my payment is absolutely pending I have to wait until that clears and I'm very disappointed at tropical smoothie are they both of the customers I've been nice for nothing watch I'm going to call corporate and I'm going to tell you my mind cuz I don't understand now I'm going to be outside here I already have somewhere to go to you don't have to worry about me anymore it's like I said it you got some respect the homeless person I have to wait here until the 28th to get my payment and you guys want to treat me wrong well that's the last time I go with you you guys are not even only care about your own people now what am I supposed to do oh boy can you believe this you guys are used to be sweet to me but I can see you're not for now on I'm going to go on a different direction I don't want to buy the tropical smoothie anymore I should be disappointed at you guys for mistreating me I can't have that no more I'm sorry but you let me down 👎 because if you guys see me there if I go past there then you guys are going to call the cops on me I haven't done nothing wrong now I did not ask nothing for nobody they asked me they were going to get it from me but you don't have to get all like mean to me I demand an apology

Place an order online for my typical every day smoothie the sunrise got in the car and had a Sip the taste was so bitter and very nasty granite I understand I ordered late but it never tasted like this before I couldn’t even drink it. Call three times to try to get a replacement order the phone just ring Call the next day still no Answer.

This is the only location we have but every time I go it’s a great experience, I love when they already know my order makes the process easier … the employees are great with great customer service and they always have a positive attitude

I'm back in my hometown to visit my. family. I stopped at one of my favorite places Tropical Smoothie. Unfortunately I couldn't get anything to eat because at 8:30 they closed down everything. So all you could order was smoothies. And I have food allergies so the only place I can eat is tropical smoothie. I am very disappointed with this place of business. I'm very well known back home where I am from. I eat at Tropical Smoothie twice a week. So it's very disappointing to know that they shut down the shop 30 minutes before time, and they still have the light on that says open

My favorite place to get a healthier lunch on the go. Courtney and her staff are always friendly and the service is fast.

Courtnee and sean have become a great part of my day. Im an everyday regular and get the same thing for my wife and their service to me has become to the point where i walk in and my smoothie is already being prepared. They do care as well as everyone else employed there. I bring my kids and newborn daughter who has grown to love courtnee its their favorite part of the day is saying hi to courtnee please continue your exceptional leadership and keep leading that store to greater heights ive seen 3 different managers in and out of that unit and you by far have left a positive mark in my life thank you all

i placed a $50 order with a bowl & 3 smoothies earlier today through the app & doordash delivered it, when i received the order it was only the bowl and i was missing 3 smoothies because the doordasher came in and picked up a bag & didn’t acknowledge anyone in the store for the rest of my order behind the counter. I work about 15 minutes from tropical smoothie & Courtney was very very sweet enough to DRIVE all the way from her site to my job to deliver the rest of my order. her customer services is amazing and i am very appreciative she went out her way to help me with my order and mess up through doordash!! any other person would not go out their way to do that!
