Was there for a private event lunch today. My wife and I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. A salad came with it and bread with an oil and spice dip. The salad was good as well as the house dressing. The bread and dip were good. Now for the Alfredo. The shrimp were grilled, hot, and a nice size. The Fettuccine was barely warm, and there was visible water pooling in the Fettuccine. The Alfredo sauce was good except for being so watery. There were supposed to be 30 attendees, but only 16 were there. You only saw the two wait staff when they took your order and when they delivered your food. Granted, they were not open to the public, but I saw nothing there to support the hype I had heard about this place.

We had a great date night with exceptional food and service. The atmosphere was lovely. I recommend the mussels as an appetizer. The swordfish with risotto was delicious. I usually order the chicken parmesan which is very good as well.

The bruschetta bread and toppings were excellent. The caesar salad was great, the house salad had NO lettuce and 3 cherry tomatoes and nothing else. Why do restaurants not use lettuce in salads any more ??The shrimp alfredo pasta was very good, and good size serving.Waiter that served seemed to be in a hurry - he did not tell us about specials or offer wine samples to help us decide with choice.I'm not sure if he knew the menu as well as he should?A restaurant trying to be 'high-in' and at this price point should be '5' star on everything.

Very European and classyFood is fantastic !It always makes me happy that the recipes are unique; these are the people who go to the restaurant for.Unfortunately, many restaurants in the USA, in my opinion, are just eateries …This place is truly a restaurant with a special atmosphere, special food. It’s a celebration of soul and body (stomach, lol)

My husband and I ate dinner here this evening. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated promptly. The owner introduced himself and was so kind. Our waiter was very professional and courteous. The bread is to die for! I got chicken parmesan and my husband got chicken fettuccini. Both amazing! Food came out piping hot and tasted super fresh. Everything cooked to perfection! Great place for a date night or special occasion. We will definitely be returning!

It feels terrible to write a less than great review since we didn't address it with the owner first, but we each thought the other one liked their food and we just picked the wrong entree. Both meals, and appetizer was subpar- for even a hospital cafeteria.Had we insisted on picking the only Italian dish at a Mexican Restaurant, Cracker Barrel, or Golden Corral, we would've been ok with run-of-the-mill, bland pasta dishes being below average, but to decide you want to go to make reservations for an expensive, authentic, Italian restaurant downtown you would like it to be.. not terrible. What is Parmigiana when you add-on crab? It's spaghetti, fyi.I finally spotted tiny shreds of possible crabmeat mixed into the red sauce dish with the lukewarm slice of mozzarella on top. It wasn't hot enough to melt, so it almost choked me.Was the crab sauteed? Out of can? Who knew; there wasn't enough to put on a fork and taste. It didn't even taste like there was seafood in it.Chicken Marsala, the most standard Italian dish in North America, wasn't as good as a Bourbon Brothers pre-made meal from Publix with it's canned mushrooms and microwaved mashed potatoes. Lukewarm and bland, we just ate the chicken filet on top.Bruschetta is toast with frigid cold sauteed onions and canned mushrooms on top? I don't know if this is how Italian bruschetta is supposed to be made, but if I have to eat something slimy, I want it to be warm at least. If you can't find the crab after a $15 "crab add-on" price, it's disappointing, but after paying almost $100 for two dishes and bruschetta, it was worth 5 minutes to let you know, we didn't enjoy it and couldn't recommend it.*But our waiter was amazing. He was attentive, friendly and told us all about the specials. When my sister asked, what would you recommend from the menu that's not a special, he laughed and said, "I wouldn't eat any of it...no, I'm kidding." Of course, we thought, he's just kidding. Or was he?

One of our favorite restaurants. Service is outstanding and friendly. Food is tasty and fun to people watch all the street traffic on Palofox. Especially on Gallery Night.
