WOW, Vallarta has been updating the inside of the restaurant. Most of the wait staff is new, younger men and women, the inside is brighter, New WHITE leather seats even a lot of the Dusty Sombrero are replaced with newer decorations. And they were busy. MY Friend took me there as a late Birthday dinner. And the food was Fantastic. I ordered "40 the Chimmichanga shredded beef cooked HARD. No lettuce, no red sauce on top. I even asked if they could cook the meat without onions. I told him if not I would just pick them out2. I didn't find a single piece of onion in it . SUPER FANTASTIC . They DID offer extra beans and Rice because I didn't get any veggies. And it was perfect. Perfect portion, Perfectly cooked NICE and crunchy like I LOVE them. They certainly have gotten even Better than they were Before. I LOVE them even more. ?

Absolute gem!! So glad we tried them. Food is fantastic, service is quick and prices are very affordable. Our favorite Mexican restaurant still. Watch out though, their salsa is highly addictive and may cause you to want to eat there daily ?

Pretty basic Mexican restaurant. Basic menu, basic service, basic food quality. The server could have been a little more attentive. The cheese dip could have been a little bigger. The nachos could have had more cheese. Not super impressed, not super disappointed.
