Veronica’s Dream was in my apartment community today & I decided to try it. Chef’s Kiss, Handclaps & Finger Snaps to Veronica and the delicious food. It was my first time ever having fried ribs and they were fabulous.

Wheww chile those chicken tenders were so dang NASTY and tough, with no flavor, neva again. Definitely was not made fresh, they were old or cooked again in old grease. This will be my first and last time at Bands on the Blackwater going to this food truck.! 🤮

The food truck was at SRMC today. Mrs. Veronica was working solo and she was amazing. Fried chicken wings was great. Collards were amazing. I'm not a big fan of catfish but her catfish was on point.

Best homemade food. The chicken was actually good quality and the amount you are paying is worth the actual food. Mrs Veronica also gave extra food from what i ordered and it was still hot and fresh when i got home. Excellent customer service excellent food.
