Veronica’s Dream was in my apartment community today & I decided to try it. Chef’s Kiss, Handclaps & Finger Snaps to Veronica and the delicious food. It was my first time ever having fried ribs and they were fabulous.

The food truck was at SRMC today. Mrs. Veronica was working solo and she was amazing. Fried chicken wings was great. Collards were amazing. I'm not a big fan of catfish but her catfish was on point.
My, my, my. Fried catfish, chicken tenders, collard greens, potato salad, grits, mac and cheese. Some of the best home cooking I've had in Pensacola. Can't wait to try more dishes. ❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️😋
