Went into this waffle House to wait while my wife finished an event downtown. It was not at all busy has there were only two tables occupied and then my one chair at the bar. I ordered coffee and a piece of pecan pie warmed up on the grill. The coffee was good but the pecan pie was cold through and through. Yes they warmed it on the grill but apparently not long enough to heat anything but the bottom. I guess I could understand this if they were very busy but certainly not when they're standing around with nothing to do.

I come to this Waffle House often, see most of the same people but today the older lady, JILL was so rude. Like it absolutely blew my mind at how someone can be so rude and nasty yet still smiling. I would absolutely recommend not going here if Jill is working. She started my day off with a bad taste in my mouth. She was mad I had to unlock my card before paying and walked away from the register as i was unlocking my card. Then, when I was ready she told me I would have to wait, and proceeded to tell me that my food wouldn’t be made until i could pay. (as if i wasnt going to pay) Which is also wild due to the fact that every other time that I go, they make my to-go order first THEN cash me out… Ultimately, the food was good but the service was absolutely atrocious asides from Sam he had a very positive attitude! Hire more Sams!!!!
