Even the worst snowstorm Pensacola florida couldn't shut Waffle house down. The Waitress at the hwy 98 was awesome, polite, and friendly. Highly recommend any waffle house

Ordered a Philly cheese steak melt. One side of the bread was burned and they just flipped the sandwich over so you couldn’t see it. There wasn’t even a tablespoon of chopped meat on the entire sandwich. The cost of hash browns must have skyrocket because they barely gave you any and I ordered mind smothered in onions and I only found 1 chip of onion in the entire order. It all tasted terrible. We paid $35 to not eat this greasy crap. Go somewhere else if you plan to eat!

Strike one: No one greeted us when we came in Strike two: Dirty table and no one offered to clean it Strike three: Served leftover hashbrown from someone else's plate with new hashbrown haphazardly thrown on top. How do I know it was leftover scraps? It was so cold even the cheese wouldn't melt. Hashbrown was not crisp and lower portion was full of onion and tomato (not part of my order) I'm glad I didn't take a bite, as I'm sure it would've made me sick. To add insult to injury I had to ask that the charge be removed from my ticket.
I've never had a bad experience at a Waffle House. Definitely not one that would warrant a poor review but here we are. The total lack of care and what feels like malice when it comes to handling food for other is disgusting. Hwy 98 Waffle House store #1424, never again!

Love walmart just low sometimes on item buy and no ambrose apples .
Don't place to go orders because they aren't open. They are closed for remodel but haven't notified their website so they take your money

Me and my wife love this location because the staff are very kind, they have never messed up our orders, when it's not busy (and let me stress "when it's NOT busy") the crew are great to chat with. When it is busy we never want to interrupt them working because they have earned our respect. They respect us and we want to respect them. Me and my wife have never had a bad experience there.
