HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. my sister came in tonight 12/25 @ 9pm. she placed a togo order on the phone. arrived & apparently the server couldn't understand how to spell her name???? so she gave up on bothering to see what the name was. this felt very racial because we have a spanish name. people came in, big orders. everyone got their food. can you guess what????? our togo order was there the entire time. if the server would have even SLIGHTLY listened to her last name, none of this would've happened. it's IGNORANT. if someone has a complicated last name maybe ask for their first name??????????? or maybe make a simple list of the togo orders ready???? i'm sure a company this big can figure it out so this time of thing does not happen again.
it's the holidays-- we understand to wait. we are polite people. very patient. it's just not fair to make someone feel horrible on the holidays.

First of all we had asked the server for extra tea because we had been outside all day and we didn't even get a refill secondly the server just left us and didn't come back then one of the other servers had to get us a Togo box then we asked for a tea for Togo and then tried to give us a tea that had been poured earlier that day which is very unsanitary after that we went to pay and the cost was much more expensive that it normally is it was $35 for a waffle ,biscuit and gravy,and a hash brown bowl when its normally only 20

Loved this place. The employees were welcoming and friendly. My food was served within 10 minutes of ordering. I only ordered hash browns but with a little salt they were AMAZING!! It was a slow day for them which I feel makes this location a hidden treasure. ❤️❤️

We Loved our experience at waffle house. Waitress was nice food was great, waffle was amazing!!! Atmosphere was clean. Definitely recommend.
Friend brought me here for the experience. I'm a tourist around here and have never been to a waffle house before. Tried their waflle, was good! I was told I had to try their hashbrown too, was ok...guess I need to add more toppings.
Beware‼️There is a waitress working here with the nastiest attitude. I’m sure I’m not the first or the last she has been mean to. I just should’ve left an went somewhere else because my food was cold and the way she handed me my food was so rude ??♀️Today is Mother’s Day and she literally ruined my day. She is tall and skinny white female. I’ll update her name here soon.

Came at 9pm on a Monday- back home in Louisville KY, if you walk into a Waffle House at night, you’re walking out with a story. There’s always some kind of chaos, but not here! We walked into the cleanest, kindest, and most well managed WH my wife and I had seen. The workers- Jasmine, Hannah, Meg, and Seth were all awesome- very friendly, funny, and took great care of us. The food was hot, fresh, and made with care. We’re looking forward to coming back, and hope it’ll be the same crew!
