Came in at 2am with a large order, so we had it written down. Somehow the server still got it wrong. We ordered 2 all stars and a chicken sandwich meal. He gave us 1 all star and the chicken meal but with double hash browns, completely forgot the second all star, and charged us for a bunch of stuff we didn't order. When we got our check he did not put his name on it, so I can't even tell you who it was, but the entire time we were there he did not refill our drinks or remove finished plates. We had to get another server to help us before we left.
We stopped in on our way back to Bama. We thought our Waffle House at home was good - but dang did this one show us up!!The best Waffle House we have ever visited, staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and quick. Thank you to everyone at this location for brightening our day with more than a meal! ?? 10/10

I mean it's Waffle House so you already know what you're getting but I have to say their service is impeccable. We went to IHOP and were told it was a 15 minute wait. A waitress came over and said it would be at least 40 minutes to get any food and they just seemed aggravated so we left. We went to the Waffle House across the highway. The girl was so sweet and even with a restaurant full of people, they were fast and stayed on top of our drinks etc. Just goes to show that customer service does matter and there is a reason that Waffle House keeps regulars. 10/10 enjoyed the service at this establishment!

The usual morning crew is the absolute best! Not only do they remember my order, but they treat me like a valued customer. Their attitude as well as the atmosphere are astounding. I know y'all aren't going to pay them more, but they genuinely show they deserve it!P.S. This review only pertains to the morning crew I see. Though call-in orders later in the day haven't been deplorable despite my specific requests.Edit: The Cook I look for before coming in is Ron. Always has a great attitude and makes the best food I've ever had at any Waffle House Nationwide!

Server taunting senior citizens at this location after he got my wife order wrong and we did not tip He followed us outside and said in a sarcastic way Have a nice day and come back when you can leave a tip This is very disturbing that that they would have somebody like this working with the public It does not look good for waffle house and this was so disturbing that I do not think we will ever want to go to any waffle house again This is the location by cracker barrel off Pine forest Rd I would suggest you steer clear of this location especially if you are a senior citizen Go to Cracker Barrel instead Never been taunted there by a employee or anywhere else in Pensacola and have lived here over 40 years
