Don't like you can't order over the phone you have to use the app that does not have all avaliable items. Had to wait 20 minutes for all food to be prepared when I could of just ordered over the phone. Or used the app if they had a regular BLT avaliable to order.

Waffle House is ubiquitous in the South. There are so many, you're going to find good ones and you're going to find bad ones. We found a bad one in Mississippi; we couldn't bring ourselves to even eat there. My wife, who had never been to the South, swore she'd never set foot in a Waffle House ever again. I knew I had to redeem her image of the chain.
I finally talked her into trying this one. (Her being extremely hungry helped.) This was the kind of Waffle House I remember from living in the area many years ago. Friendly atmosphere: chatting with complete strangers (I mean that in a good way) quick service and good food for a reasonable price. My wife loved it! For me, it was a trip down memory lane. I had the grits and eggs meal with my eggs scrambled with cheese. The eggs were PERFECT. Soft and fluffy; not over cooked... and the grits were properly cooked too. Even during this visit to the South, I was having trouble finding a restaurant that cooked their grits right. This Waffle House did it.
Thanks to the staff at this location for restoring my faith in the chain and introducing my wife to proper Southern cooking!
My daughter loves Wafffle House and as a treat I took her to a late dinner to the one closest to my middle school growing up, Bailey Middle. As a mom and a former serve/cook/manager, I keep my eyes open for things in restaurants from classic sit down to fast food and the employees especially. The cook we had, Rob, was amazing, fresh, hot and delicious yumminess from his hands to our mouth. He used proper food safety measures which I must say it a rare thing unfortunately. He even Chatted with us and asked how it was to make sure we were happy, never have I ever been asked that by the cook! :)
It's waffle house..such a shame they scaled thier menu down a few yrs ago.. now the food is just like any other breakfast place

You guys! The staff was amazing! I was the only one coming in to the place at 12:40 am 04/12/24. This waitress was pleasant. Very nice! And the cook! He made me feel like I was eating at his home. The staff was engaged and professional ? I sat at the counter. I loved my experience! And to the gentleman who had to repark his mini van 5 times before he came in ? you all right too!

There are 3 waffle houses very close to our home, but this one is our favorite! The staff are super friendly and the food is always top notch
