Don't like you can't order over the phone you have to use the app that does not have all avaliable items. Had to wait 20 minutes for all food to be prepared when I could of just ordered over the phone. Or used the app if they had a regular BLT avaliable to order.

Waffle House is ubiquitous in the South. There are so many, you're going to find good ones and you're going to find bad ones. We found a bad one in Mississippi; we couldn't bring ourselves to even eat there. My wife, who had never been to the South, swore she'd never set foot in a Waffle House ever again. I knew I had to redeem her image of the chain.

My daughter loves Wafffle House and as a treat I took her to a late dinner to the one closest to my middle school growing up, Bailey Middle. As a mom and a former serve/cook/manager, I keep my eyes open for things in restaurants from classic sit down to fast food and the employees especially.
