While I don't go often, every time I have gone, it was always a pleasant visit. The employees are very friendly, that alone makes it worth the visit. The food is delicious and I with they had some locations in Utah. Can't wait to go again :)
I have eaten at many Waffle House locations, but this was one of the best. It was clean, and the food was good. The standout was the customer service. I did not get our server's name, but she mentioned she had worked for Waffle House for 18 years. She was prompt, friendly, engaging, and professional.
Waffle house has really cut down on their portions with the hash browns. Very disappointing considering you could make a meal out of a double order with toppings for around 5 bucks. I ordered to go and the service was just ok. I got 3 orders of browns with toppings and 2 cups of coffee. 35 bucks. Wow
