Traci, please tell your employees to stop saying "just one?" It can be rude to single people, to those who are recently divorced, and painful to those who just lost a spouse. Ask "will there be anyone joining you?" Or simply "one today?"Now, let's dig in to the attitude and the attention paid to the patron. I had to ask for a refill from another staff member, and then ask a different staff member for more jelly. My waitress was no smiles, and seemed bored to be there. I did try to have a conversation with her but but was fruitless.Your waitstaff works on commission paid by the consumer, which is based on communication and actions. Both, failed me this morning. However, the two gentleman in back of me, got plenty of attention.This is not normal for this location.My normal rule for tipping.Bill is $10 and ynder $5$15 and under $7$20 and under $10Yes! I am known to leave 50% tip. But when I am ignored or I see eyes roll because I am a single woman sat in your section, that tip spirals down to 10%, which is what she got today. If you expect to be tipped bad based on my appearance, therefore barely acknowledging my existence, you will reap your expectations.The food is always good.Victoria was helpful for gettine me the added jelly, the assistant manager was helpful for giving me a refill on the tea, and your host who opens the door was extremely polite and I could tell, worked very hard.-Shannon

The employees at this location are very adamant on tips and will talk about how much you tipped. If you do an online order, they will base the quality/amount on how well you tip. According to one girl, you only get tips from younger people if you flirt with them "loudly". They're all too busy complaining about everything to get anything done. Unfortunate that my usual waffle house is getting renovated and I had to go to this one. Very unwelcoming and very unprofessional, also heartless in comparison to all the waffle houses I've been to in my life. All the employees were horrible February 21 around 8-8:30pm.

Don't let the appearance from the outside deter you. We left the hospital looking for breakfast and stumbled upon this waffle house. The staff was amazing and the food was even better. The outside made me second guess our choice, but everything from the cleanliness of the inside to the service and food was great.

It’s Waffle House. Eaten at these restaurants for decades and always have good breakfast foods and good coffee. Staff has always been very nice in everyone on the locals where I’ve eaten. This place was no exception. Wonderful

Love Love Love this Waffle House! This Waffle House is corporate run & has excellent food & service, plus incredible hospitality! A triple threat, a real southern gem. It's located in a little residential area/neighborhood area frequented by all locals. The wait staff knows everyone. Greeting everyone by name & "your late today" and "didn't see you yesterday" and "here is your regular toast order" etc, etc., etc., they know what's up! Fabulous waitstaff that will customize your orders to a T! Crispy Waffle! Boom! Fabulous! Super Crispy hash browns! Perfection! OuiOui! Lemon with my water when I sit down? DONE. Crispy Bacon but still juicy? No problem. Becoming a regular here is a no-brainer. BOOM. Write my name on the corner booth. We miss you already. See ya'll tomorrow. Highest Recommendations. Queen of Pirate'cola approved! XOXO

Hands down one of the best Waffle House's I've been to. The food is consistently delicious and made exactly as you order it. Everyone has a good vibe and is friendly. It's clean, and I feel lucky that they are close to where I live. I hope they keep up the good work!
