Ordered online and even though there is already a 10% applied tip for the server, it was requesting for ANOTHER tip. Tipping culture is getting out of control. I tip waitresses, not EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING. They then forgot every single topping on my hashbrowns so it's like, u don't even do a good enough job to deserve said tip. 🤷♀️ The food is always good but I would like ALL the food I ordered. Thanks.
Something that you may not know about the Awful Waffle is that the food is usually excellent. From previous Waffle Houses I've eaten over the decades, I enjoy the food. This place is no different. I'm an over forty year old guy, and I know what I like. As such, I get the same thing whenever I go. Recently, however, the cost has gone up substantially. They add multiple add-on charges for take out orders. My order is usually about four dollars more in addition charges....
Look, let's be honest, no one comes to Waffle House for the ambiance or a fine dining experience. This Waffle House delivers on the expectations of good tasting comfort food at good prices. Service here is MUCH betterthan far fancier establishments. This one doesn't even require a security guard on a Friday night.
