The coffee was so good. We stayed in pensecola beach and drove 25 min each way everyday we were there . Highly recommend the Mexican mocha latte

A friend recommended this place because of their cuban coffee and they totally did not disappoint! We've taken a couple of friends there now and they LOVE it.Cute little place with a couple places to sit. The owner/barista was very personable. They are still open with COVID and allow indoor seating. We just wore our masks.

My husband and I skipped out on Mardi Grad this year for a day trip to Pensacola and we didn't regret it, especially because we found so many fun, cute places to hang out after leaving the beach. My husband got a coffee and I got the triple-shot Cuban. The espresso was fresh and robust, absolutely what I was looking for! They had bakery snacks and a restaurant/bar connected to the space. The space was clean and relaxing, and the barista was very professional. If you are looking for high quality, strong coffee in the area, I recommend this cute little spot. It was about 15 minutes from the beach.

This is the best waffle joint I have been to in my entire 58 years of living. Every single day I recommend it to my close friends and family, they're probably annoyed of me raving about Brussels. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this.

Arrived at 7:45 but business is closed. Yelp states open at 7:00. Love the Cuban Cafe Con Leche. Great coffee, pastries, also a great place to get drinks but business needs to be open on hours posted

Stopped by this morning at 8:50 and it was closed. Very disappointing after walking a mile specifically for the coffee. Also, bring back the burritos!!!!

I have been there several times after 7 and the door was always locked. Once it was 7:30 and employee inside and door locked. If a coffee shop can't open on time not gonna stop the anymore.

I love this place! It is a small and quaint local coffee shop with great coffee! Try their Mexican coffee... You can't beat it! They also are super friendly and nice.

Found this place on Yelp. I had the Hot Mexican Mocha Latte, Amazing! Came back the next day and tried it iced, Awesome!

The food here is pretty decent, although the names for certain items are very misleading. For example, the Aussie Breakfast isn't anything what you would get in Australia for breakfast, or in New Zealand either. But, hey, who cares, I guess? But, hubby said his ham and cheese biscuit was very good. I had the frittata, which was just okay: it was basically potatoes with just enough egg to hold it together. On the positive side, the food was fresh and hot. We also ordered flat white coffees, and it was obvious that they have no clue how to make a flat white. There was something funky about them. I can't remember the barista's name, but she was very friendly and efficient. I would try this place again, but try different food and coffees.

Decided to go into Maximilian Coffee as we waited for our roadside car service. Walked into a cute, clean and nice cafe/bar. I was with my daughter so we tried their muffin top pastry. The owner (I'm assuming) went on to explain how she was inspired by Seinfeld to create only a muffin top since it's everyone's favorite part of the muffin. I had the cranberry orange and my daughter had the blueberry, they were delicious and extremely moist. Cost us about $2, this place is reasonably priced with friendly employees. The smell from the restaurant that's connected to it is amazing. Will have to try.

This is nice effort for a coffee shop in Pensacola, but a bit off as it's tied to a Mexican restaurant. It's very interesting though because it also has a full bar in its side of the business that the restaurant also uses. The young lady who served us was very sweet and helpful. She needs to grow as a barista but that comes with a more focused experience. It was a positive visit and I would come back if I lived in town.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here here. It's nothing fancy but the customer service is good and it's not too expensive. Parking is never a problem either.

As a visitor of Pensacola, Maximilian Coffee caught my attention for its unique menu items and inexpensive prices. The coffee shop is adjacent to and works closely with The Cactus Flower, a Mexican restaurant, and likewise many of the menu items have a Mexican twist such as the Mexican Mocha Latte, El Diablo (a type of Mexican mocha), Cafe Mexicano, etc. I ordered a small Cafe Mexicano for $3 and was very pleased with the taste; the cinnamon flavor blended smoothly with other spices was exactly what I expected. I just wished the coffee was hot instead of warm. I also bought a chocolate chunk cookie which was very good. Also, the interior is very artsy. The clay red walls and various paintings for sale really help set the mood. Overall, this is a great place to study with coffee; more people should check it out!
