I went to our local Wawa tonight and it was slower tonight I had placed a mobile order for the first time and walked in tonight to receive it as I did I walked to where the food counter was and is made as I walked up there was 2 team members and manager behind the counter or at least I think she had a collard shirt on she walked passed us and another employee in front of me kinda just standing there confused on to why I was standing there I then said I had a mobile order she didn’t even say anything she pointed to where I needed to go overall the worst and probably the rudest set of employees in that store tonight. The day shift is much better and so much welcoming.

My first time eating at Wawa will be my last. I ordered an Italian panini, macaroni and cheese and matcha iced tea latte which was the only good thing. The mac&cheese might have been better if it had been heated; it was barely warm. The panini was disgusting! The bread was as tough as an overcooked steak. I’m not sure how they even accomplished that. I suspect the sandwich was pre made and had been sitting under a warmer for hours/days. The flavor was awful. The health department might be wise to pay them a visit.

Love their frozen cappuccinos. Jennifer is the best and always so fast and friendly. I highly recommend her for your drinks

The employees are always so pleasant and kind at this location. I am OBSESSED with their turkey subs (better than Publix right across the street) and spicy roasted chicken bowls (pic attached). I’ve never been disappointed by quality or taste with anything I’ve ordered from here. I know Wawa is a “gas station” but to me, the Wawa on West Nine Mile is a place I know I can get a good meal and some big employee smiles. Thankful to have yall in the neighborhood!
