It would be nice if this Wendy’s answered their phone. Called 4 times and no one answered. My daughter picked up a chili and a small drink for me and the chili was just a cup full of beans, absolutely no meat whatsoever. Then they failed to give a straw for my drink. This Wendy’s is definitely going downhill.
Unfortunately, we waited 20 mins before being able to order. There was people behind us. They didn’t want to wait. They left. It wasn’t crowded inside, I counted about 6 employees, so it didn’t seem like there wasn’t enough people. It kinda felt like we were in the Zootopia movie, but instead of the DMV, we were in a Wendy’s. When we finally did get served, there was no apology or anything, just “what do you want?”…I didn’t saying anything rude, I just smiled...read full review
