I used to like this location of Wendy's but I don't like it anymore because the manager that used to be there he wasn't all that nice anymore he will lose his cool then why is saying that Wi-Fi there if we're not allowed to charge our phones if you know they don't understand the homeless if you guys want to go to a different Wendy's try the one inside when I used to go to this sacred heart is there more nicer and I will not go Wendy's near the Northern tool store because every time I go there you always say I cannot hang out there I used to have friends there and and all the sudden I cannot go there but you know what you don't have to worry about that no more because I'm not there and I'm not going to give you guys a complain and that restaurant that's the only place I was going to charge my phone I never beg for any food I said I did not they come up to me and they say if I want something what is a person supposed to do not eat with all this EBT shut down because of the government shutdown as well understand the homeless you think that we are bad news and we're not you need to think about what you're doing to us at least I'm trying to live is best that I can in whatever I'm at you guys are just making it very difficult I hope the same manager is not there I hope he is not he wasn't very nice anyways

Was in drive-thru on the datesep30 the employee staff took our order our food was cold the food was incorrect we went inside and try to talk to the manager but the manager and the other employees gave us a evil look they will snatch your card out of your hand cussing at you really rude and disrespectful the place was not clean we try the repeat that order and then they did not get it right long wait time inside and out side the drive thru food is not hot and fresh I do not recommend nobody to go to this restaurant Wendy on Pensacola boulevard highway 29 you are not getting a refund and when you pay with cash or your credit card the staff will snatch it out of your hand the staff is not friendly the staff has bad attitudes this place will rip you off for your money worth it

I am sitting here right now at 2 pm and all I can hear is the manager, whose name i found out is Regina, arguing very loudly with an employee. This should have been taken into the office. Your manager needs more management training on how to handle employees.

I had to wait at the drive thru window about 4 to 5 minutes before being asked to pull up. Then waited about 7 minutes before i received my order. I requested napkins and jelly but did not get any. Not really sure what yall had going on today but yall have got to do better than this.

We order the breakfast burritos one sausage one bacon neither had eggs. Both burritos were cold to touch the ice tea was hotter than our food. This was our first time visiting a Wendy's for breakfast and I think we chose wrong.

So I called this restaurant 4 times to inform them that me and my son got sick from a lemonade that was served to us yesterday. No one answer the phone it’s not like I was trying to make a complaint. I was just trying to inform them that maybe they need to check it not one person, but two people got sick. off the same drink . So everyone be careful because at this point, they clearly don’t care. My son is only four. He shouldn’t be throwing up four times off of a simple strawberry lemonade. And neither should I
We ordered our 2 combo meals threw drive thru. We told the lady on speaker we were on foot get to window and lady came to window and said we don't take walk ups with a nasty attitude. This Wendy's sucks and has lazy rude as hell employees.!!!!
I placed two separate mobile orders using a discount code for each order while parked in their parking lot (I didn't want to take my focus off of the road to place the orders). After submitting the second order and circling the building, I pulled in the drive though, and let them know I just submitted two mobile orders. I was asked to pull up to the window. They had just finished bagging the orders, and I only had to wait to get some salt and honey mustard, and I was on my way down the road. They were fast, accurate, and cordial despite coming in close to quitting time.
Ordered a sweet tea and they put lemonade in it. My 3 yo has a citrus allergy and drinks after me sometimes. Imagine if he would have ingested that before I took a sip. Tried to call and get a hold of a manager who ever was near the phone definitely kept hanging up on me. I will be filing a formal complaint.
