We ordered our 2 combo meals threw drive thru. We told the lady on speaker we were on foot get to window and lady came to window and said we don't take walk ups with a nasty attitude. This Wendy's sucks and has lazy rude as hell employees.!!!!
I placed two separate mobile orders using a discount code for each order while parked in their parking lot (I didn't want to take my focus off of the road to place the orders). After submitting the second order and circling the building, I pulled in the drive though, and let them know I just submitted two mobile orders. I was asked to pull up to the window. They had just finished bagging the orders, and I only had to wait to get some salt and honey mustard, and I was on my way down the road. They were fast, accurate, and cordial despite coming in close to quitting time.
Ordered a sweet tea and they put lemonade in it. My 3 yo has a citrus allergy and drinks after me sometimes. Imagine if he would have ingested that before I took a sip. Tried to call and get a hold of a manager who ever was near the phone definitely kept hanging up on me. I will be filing a formal complaint.
Very rude drive thru staff that rush you, cant multitask and mess up your order then blame you when it was their fault for not listening. Will not be coming back to this awful location.
Order 2 combos, 1 a chciken sandwich the other a double burger,. We were told to park so we could wait on the chicken to be cooked fresh. Got home and had 2 burgers.
I went to Wendy’s after getting off my overnight shift. This would be my first time eating breakfast at Wendy’s although I am very familiar with their lunch menu. I got to the drive through at 6:29am when a sign out front in bold states open at 6:30. Seeing that I’m excited becuz I see no customers in the drive through so I’d be the first to get my food, HOW EXCITING! Got up to the menu and it had not been changed yet which I was like oh ok maybe they will be out in a min I’m really on time so I try to give grace. I pull up the menu on my phone so I have my order ready when the speaker asks me for my order. I see a brown skin older gentleman maybe 50s come outside to take out trash then come turn the signs switching to breakfast. This RUDE old guy comes up and says I can’t park there at the order speaker and look at the menu on my phone and prep to order. I’m perfectly fine with waiting for him to open for he continued to blame young kids not showing up for work??? So look I’m a human and a customer guys I get it! I understand ppl don’t show up I understand kids have zero work ethic these days I got it. When your sign says open IN BOLD open at 630 my guy that’s a you problem. At 630 I can be in that line says corporate Wendy’s. If your afraid of cars stacking behind me because they think ur open because they think I’m ordering that again is a u problem Sir your sign on the road says 630. That being said after rudely being told they wouldn’t be open for another 15-20 mins which would put that’s Wendy’s open hours of operation closer to 7am than 630. I didn’t get to order my food NOR experience their breakfast which good riddance. After this I’m done with Wendy’s soooooo seriously done eating there food on principle. The quality during the days is terrible I mean the hospital Wendy’s charged me full price for son of baconator burgers instead of the 3.00 promo saying there are exempt from that promo. Wendy’s pay ur ppl a decent wage and attract real workers whom care about there jobs! You guys haven’t been the same since yellow Wendy’s there I said it…… GET IT TOGETHER WENDYS
Ordered 3 kids meal and a combo meal to dine in. Go to give kids their meal and there is no toy. I go up to cashier and she informs me "we don't have any more, I'm sorry". Uhh okkkkk... I just gave her a blank look because what in the world, why would you not say anything when ordering or picking up. She then tells me I can take the display ones off the counter. I told her I. Future they should probably inform a customer. Like you just were gonna say anything...im still in shock by that. Then I go to eat my food.. big curly hair in my fries. They apologized but that is 2 big no no's for me. Shame on Wendy's or at least this location!

I went to this restaraunt about an hour ago. I pulled up the drive thru speaker and this voice comes on the speaker and says order when ready. So I order 2 biggie deals
One was supposed to be a Jr bacon cheeseburger and the other was supposed to be a bacons double stack.
Drove around. Lady opened the window I jaded her a $50 she said you don’t have anything smaller I told her no. Then she said you don’t have a card. Well I don’t want to use my card. She said let me see if this machine will let me take your $50. Then she yells to the other lady. She only has a $50. Lady comes to the window and throws my food at me. Other lady gives me my change and then closes the window. These ladies working in this place were rude and very unprofessional. So we go to eat our food and all we got were cheeseburgers. Not even the right order. I will be calling and talking to the manager. I also didn’t get my receipt.so I paid 11.32 for 2 cheeseburgers because these ladies failed to do their job and make sure the order was correct. Oh and also the food was COLD!!
This is the worst and most poorly run wendys in Pensacola(i really wanna say florida) service is always bad. The kids in there have a trashy dismissive attitude. The food is ALWAYS cold when i get it and the very last time i got my food i got the wrong sandwich with more condiments on the top of the sandwich and the paper than inside the sandwich. They never make anything fresh...ANYTHING. And what make this even worst is that i specifically ask them to make it fresh every time i go and i am always the only one in the line when i get there...now i know why. All these problems were solved by simply going to a different wendys and its sad that i have to make sure i dont go to this one.

Went in the drive thru, i drive a huge truck and I waited for about 3 to 5 mins and said hello about 5x and no one answered. Pulled to the window and the lady asks me what I need in a rude manner. I reply no one answered at the box and she tells me the sensor didn't pick up my very large truck and told me I would have to drive back around. I said I would not and she closed the window and walked away. Two younger workers came to the window with a much nicer tone than their senior coworker and asked if I was missing food or waiting on something and I said no I didn't get to order and the other lady just walked off. They also said I would have to drive back around. We'll I refuse be to stuck in the back of the line because of a malfunction of your sensor and furthermore if it didn't pick me up the first time why would it the next time.

Every time I order the $5 biggie bag they always get it wrong even when I order one they get it wrong
Kids running a place with no management or leadership around? We ordered 4 Biggie Bag meals, you would think the meals would be in operate bags, you know like every other Wendy’s in town. Nope all in 1 bag, didn’t get a burger and the fries were soggy and cooked in old oil. Absolute trash. Orders my food, kid on the intercom says “second window” and that’s it. Then gets upset when I tell him is customer service needs work.

I give up on fast food restaurants..... Just left this location on Pensacola boulevard.... They forgot to put my baked potato in my order, so now someone is NOT getting lunch. Not to mention the phone number listed on the account is a now disconnected cellular number
