If you want fast food, Wendy's hamburgers are better than most other fast food places. It's great food. It's burgers. It's not filet mignon. Their fries, when hot and fresh, are good.

The fries were very dry tasted like they had been made for hours and left to sit. We asked for tea and they gave us what tasted like soda water. Not very impressed with this visit to Wendy’s.

Wendy's is one of my favorite burger places. However, I will never to to the one on navy blvd AGAIN! In line for 7 min, before they took the order for the car in front of me. Then sat a speaker for 10 min, before any one said anything. The only reason they spoke is because I talked to the speaker and ask if anyone was in there. The last time I went the wait was 20 min ,food was cold, and forgot my fries. Never again !!. Go to the one on 9th ave.

The time before when I got chili from a different Wendy's it was like water down but this time it was very very good with plenty of meat and thick chili. I would go back to this location.

I wish I could give them a minus zero. No sense to do a mobile ordering because you will still have to wait while others who would get there and order after you get there and are gone and the girl at the drive-thru was very rude and unhappy with her job. This was at the Navy Blvd location

The service is horrible, my order was messed up after giving them chance and chance again I still went and tried to do my business with this wind is located on Navy boulevard but the service there is horrible I have spoken with the general manager and she assured me that this will be taken care of upon trying to reach out to them on multiple occasions they refuse to answer the phone now I know that we have a lot going on with this Colbert pandemic but you would think that they had enough people to at least answer the phone after all the lobby is closed. I am tired of spending my money with Wendy's and the service sucks forget the four for four close the freaking doors for good
