Terrible chili and baked potato. The worst I’ve ever had! Chili had no seasoning or anything! Wasted product giving me 5 sour cream and butters. Terrible food and yall wasting product!

Ordered food on the app and didn’t realize it was set to this location. No way to cancel on the app so I called the store, was told I have to go through the app. Contact us number for the app makes you wait, was told it would be taken care of but it’s been 3 weeks and just called again and was told now I have to wait for the district manager to call me for some reason? lol. It was $10 so definitely not worth all this time for them to make excuses and keep my money anyway but maybe this review will keep someone from losing their money to poor customer service like I did.

There is this one manager that's always on duty when I bring my family to eat her name is Mrs. Alma she is an awesome person very respectful and has great manners. She deserves the best. She makes sure her team members are doing exactly of what needs to be done everything is perfect when she's here running shift. Food is fresh and hot.

Going through the drive through, they always tell you to pull into one of the mobile order spots, regardless of how much you order and even if you're the only customer in line. 8 people were in Wendy's uniforms, but only 2 were actually working. Everyone just sits at random tables and plays in their cell phones.

This is, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. Every single staff member here was extremely friendly. The woman who was taking orders at the counters seemed to know the name of every single customer who came in behind me and was genuinely happy to see them. The food came out quick and my order was right, which it usually isn’t at other Wendy’s because I’m picky and modify my burgers a bit. I would gladly drive an extra ten minutes from my house to come to this Wendy’s versus the one that is closer.
